I specialize in Boot Camp, Small Group Training, and Personal Training range between timed circuit workouts, Crossfit style exercises, to high rep challenge workouts. Putting focus on total body exercises, and single muscle groups. Being able to mix it up, doing different exercises daily is what sets itself apart from the rest.

Established in 2013.
Decided to open a new location here in La Mesa March 2014. After working in gyms and private training studios for close to 10 years, I have decided to venture out on my own and start All Performance Fitness, early 2013.

Business Owner
Adrian has 10 years training in private studios, gym, outdoor boot camps, and self-teaching. He also taught with FitBobyBC in Pacific Beach, CA. The past several years, Adrian has made fitness his career and an integral part of his personal life. He is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-PT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).He believes that getting healthy and in shape, requires lifestyle changes. He loves learning new exercise and ways to keep things fresh, so that way the exercises never get dull! He believes that even though your here to work hard, we’re going to have fun doing it! All about motivation!
