This review is long overdue… Alex helped us with our first home loan 8 years ago and when it came time to consider refinancing I reached out to Alex and he gave us honest information. We proceeded with the refinance and he kept us up to speed every step of the way. When we go to purchase our next home, he will definitely be one of the first people I call to get the ball rolling. Hands down the best lender to ever work with. Not only was Alex quick and professional in what he does, but he made our experience in buying our first home so much more memorable. He’s always ready to answer our phone calls, he made sure we were always in the loop of everything, and helped us with anything we are unsure and confused about. I’m so happy we have had Alex to help guide us through this stressful yet wonderful moment in our lives. He made it so easy and stress free for us. The home buying experience is a scary and exciting part in your life. Working with an amazing lender like Alex is 100 times more exciting then scary. Alex explains in full details and answers any questions you might have along the way. Any response from Alex is lighting fast at any given time.

As a military vet, I had the versatility to shop around for a good VA Loan rate with multiple lending companies including Navy Federal, USAA, and Quicken Loans. Although Navy Fed gave me a better loan rate by .25%, I still went with Alex’s services because he provides the personal attention and detail that the big banks can’t give. He answers texts and emails before and after working hours with lightning speed and addresses any concerns you may have in full detail.

I cannot begin to tell you how much easier my life is now because of all the help and hard work that Alex Munoz has and had put forth in the purchase of my home in 2009 and then a refinancing I did a few years later and another refinancing I did just recently. He has your best interest at heart. You can trust him to find the very best rates and loan options that best suit you. I promise you cannot go wrong with Alex. Was interested in buying real estate in Fresno CA and I was on a short crunch time cause I was deploying in 4 weeks I needed a pre approval letter ASAP and every bank I went to was putting me on there back burner. My realtor recommended Alex, later that Sunday he calls me instantly over the phone I knew Alex was about going out of his was for his clients. I answer a few questions and gave him materials he needed that same day I was giving my pre approval and was putting in bids on homes. We continued to talk and I was blown away on how much knowledge Alex knew on real estate financing. Once I was in escrow the processing was painless and Alex did all the leg work.
