History

Established in 2005.

Working for one year in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit at age 22 was my first entry into the profession. Since then, 40 years of life experience along with the thousands of hours of training, internship and clinical supervision have combined to inform my work as a therapist.

Business Owner

Born to a military family in Southern California, I have lived in many regions. Travel to over 45 countries has informed my cultural competence. Having shared parenting of three children who are now adults is at the top of my list of accomplishments of which I am proudest. Living as an openly gay man since age 21 and completing my traineeship and internships at both the Los Angeles and San Diego LGBT Centers has provided me with those diversity skills. In addition to working in a clinical setting, I spent many years with American and international corporations. Change and life transitions along with grief and loss are my special focus.
