Albert was very helpful throughout the whole process. I had previously had a different realtor who pressured me into buying homes that I did not like or want. Albert made it easy to say no and made us feel at ease when showing us homes. I always felt he had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Albert to anyone looking to buy a new home.

I worked with Alberto last year in 2013 while purchasing my first condo. I cannot express how dedicated he was in guiding me through the entire process from start to finish. He made me feel like I was his only client. With my limited budget, it was very difficult to find a condo that was in my price range, especially in the specific location that I requested. We probably viewed more than 15+ condo’s in the span on 5 months and he was able to deliver. On top of this he had to deal with my very demanding mother who wanted to part of the process for my first home purchase. Nonetheless, he remained very flexible and delivered high quality customer service. I highly recommend this man to anyone if you want an agent that will fight for you. With that being said, I will be doing business with Alberto again in a few years once I upgraded to a larger home. I worked with Alberto to purchased my first condo just over a year ago and couldn’t have had a better experience. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and he patiently answered every single one of them. My wife and I used Alberto when we purchased our first home. The selling party was an investment company that was going around flipping houses in the nieghborhood and trying to make profits off of them like it was 2007. Alberto guided us through the process with out a hitch until the sellers recieved higher offers on the house and wanted us to come up with more money after they signed our offer letter. Crazy right? Well this was just the beginning, the seller refused to make any repairs beacuse he felt we were getting a steal and could pay for it out of pocket with the money we were saving. The sellers intention was for us to back out of the deal so that he could accept one of the higher offers, Alberto came to the rescue and had all the issues repaired himself so that we could close escrow and get the keys to our first house. If Alberto wouldnt have gone above and beyond we would’nt have purchased a house for 15 percent under the asking priced nor would we of passed the home inspection from the bank to get our loan finalized. Now if all these thing were not good enough, his best feature is he always answers his phone and keeps the line of communication open via cell or email. As the buyer/​seller you are never left in the dark when he is representing you. Do yourself a favor and give Alberto a call, honest, proffesional and persistant in getting you the best deal.
