Specialties

We provide a holistic approach to healthy and spiritual living. Our services include a variety of massage styles which are available by appointment only. We also offer a wide array of yoga classes, powerful energy therapy (more effective than reiki), and meditation. We are a non-​profit venture. Our primary interest is providing a venue for spiritual training and growth. As such, we provide energy channeling training and free participation in a powerful meditative/​trance technique developed by Dr. Joseph Costa of San Diego’s Institute of Thought.

History

Established in 2014.

The Ajita Nathaki energy channeling system evolved over the last 10 years after formal training and frequent participation in the 15^th Step (SD IOT.) The system evolved organically through divine blessing and inspiration. Participation grew to the point where we needed our own center. Thus, Ajita Holistic Center was born as a non-​profit venture to provide a venue for spiritual training.

Manager

Oscar M. Is founder and master of the Ajita Nathaki energy channeling system and primary instructor of the center’s spiritual philosophy. Our goal is to train all participants to become teachers and masters in their own right. Recently, a second master was announced within the system; this took place after many years of training and dedicated practice. Oscar’s goal is to help you become a master as well.
