AVOID. i did my livescan for dmv at this place but dmv for some reason never received it. i came back to this Vietnamese ran business to see if they can re-​do it or at least check if my info was misspelled. however the lady was very unprofessional and didnt even look into it. she asked to pay twice for the service i havent received.
if you want a hassle, waste of time and pay twice, i recommend this place

Quick, friendly, efficient, easy, affordable.
I came in without an appointment and on a bit of a time crunch. Aside from the incredibly demanding customer who was just finishing up before me, it was a wonderful experience.
Working with kids for many years, I’ve had to do livescan fingerprinting far too many times, and this was definitely my best experience so far. Would recommend it to anyone.

I needed ink fingerprinting and a document notarized for a job out of state, didn’t realize this place was right in my neighborhood and could provide both services at a fair cost. $ 20 dollars for each ink fingerprint document and $ 10 per notarized signature. Lynn Trieu was the person assisting me both times, she was friendly and fast at getting the job done. There was a fee for credit card transaction so I opted to get cash and return but Lynn was nice enough to waive it for me. This place is clean, professional & conveniently located off the 15 freeway on the corner of El Cajon & Copeland. Easy to find parking too. Highly recommend to those who want quick & good service at low cost.

The customer services are great, the processing is fast, the rolling fee is $ 18.00 (plus DOJ and FBI fee) and I think that price is the lowest one in San Diego. Please remember to bring your request form with you. I would like to recommend this to everyone.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was a walk-​in. Lynn was professional, courteous and competent. Thats all I needed and all I wanted and thats what I got.
$ 18 buck and out the door. Its not possible to get faster service.

I can’t speak for the actual service BUT I called to make sure they were open which she said they were. I drove there and called to pinpoint the location which she did. I then showed up at the door which was locked. I called twice to say I was there without her picking up or calling back. I wouldn’t typically be so peaved to write a bad review, but she knew I was desperate and led me right to the door of a closed business. It’s not just poor professionalism its unscrupulous. Also if you are a business please don’t answer the phone «hello».
