My company booked AdVenture Games for our annual Saturday retreat.
I can’t say enough about how much fun this was! There was 47 of us participating in their (creatively competitive) scavenger hunt. We were put into teams and challenged with completing several tasks.
It was deliberately set up so that associates/​managers would collaborate outside of their usual (and familiar) politics. That made all the difference.
I don’t think I have ever seen my team laugh so much during a work project as I did with this retreat. The upshot of it was that even weeks after «The Games,» we are still talking about them! So much fun!
