History

Established in 2002.

We’ve designed and built a variety of sturctures from Granny Flats to Test Enclosures for Missle launching systems and seeminly everything in between. And, as the name implies, we’re really open to new and better ways of building.

We’ve been designing and building both commercial and residential projects for over 30 years. In that time, we’ve explored and built with a lot of other building materials most with good success. So, we know what it is like to sift through the marketing hype.

That said, we think you will find common sense answers with our products as they meet or exceed all of the green design criteria and specifications that are commonly sought. Especially, if your project is endeavoring to meet performance standards set by organizations such as: CalGreen, LEED, USGBC, BIG, IGCC, NAHB Green or Energy Star.

All are good organizations created to oversee the exponential affect of the building industry on our economy and environment. Something that important would definitely need a reasonable level of oversight.
