Established in 2003.

Adria has been practicing massage, bodywork, and energy medicine as part of a holistic approach to healthcare for eight years. She has worked at elegant spas such as The Regency at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, cared for clients in a private practice, and even taught/​supervised students at the I.P.S.B Student Massage Center. She has extensive knowledge and command of human anatomy, physiology, as well as a kinesthetic awareness derived both from formal education and 20 years as a gymnast (claiming three state championship titles).

Adria’s approach is rooted in the «three centers theory» and aims to touch the physical, emotional, as well as mental bodies simultaneously. The key to permanent change is said to be awareness, so information and education are fundamental elements of her work.
