Called this company to come to my work for a detail. I asked for the clay was and 85.00 detail. Sam showed up at my work and started work he was here for an hour which surprised me because any other detailers whom waxed and washed my car took much longer. Well to my surprise he didn’t wax the car and it had bird droppings left all over and he said he waxed it. I’ve called several time and text-​ed the number provided to speak to someone with no luck they wont call me back they wont refund my money they lied and didn’t was the car they are completed rip off and I cant find several things that were in my car when I gave it to them. DONT TRUST THIS GUY HE IS A FRAUD!!!

Upon a coworker’s recommendation, I called Sam to ask about detailing my 2009 Mazda3. We agreed on a price and he we scheduled for two days later. He arrived as promised and got right to work. A couple of hours later I could not be happier. My car badly needed the TLC and Sam did an outstanding job. I feel like I’m driving it brand new again!

I am giving this a 4 star because my car looks like I just bought it. Mind you, they were over an hour late but made up for the great job they did. I have 4 more cars for them to do let hope for equal satisfaction.

This was such a bad experience its inspired me to start a Unilocal account.
So I call the guy yesterday and he quotes me for $ 85, i tell him someone vomited in the car and it needs attention, and he tells me he’ll throw in odor neutralization for free. So we’ve agreed to $ 85, then I ask him if he uses pressurized air through the air vents… he gives a quick answer without really listening, so i ask him again and he realizes that what i’m asking for (that is a standard technique elsewhere) is not something he has. No sweat, just simply asking him, but his brush off attitude with vague reassurance set me the wrong way. After reviewing the reviews here i decided that i should just try it.
He shows up on time and does a decent job for the price, but not very much attention to detail. He took offense to simple questions and when I found that his steam cleaning had not really taken away all the odor in an area all he did was spray with more chemicals — instead of properly steam cleaning it again.
There were streaks left on the paint and gobs of cleaning solution, i gave up even mentioning problems because everytime i calmly pointed it out this guy would excitedly recant his 18 years experience effectively blocking out anything i was saying whether it was a question comment or compliment. kind of strange.
Then at the end he demanded a hundred dollars rather than the $ 85 we agreed to, i reminded him that it was him that offered this odor neutralization for free (what he was claiming he did extra work for) and just in reminding him he said he just wanted to get out of here and that $ 85 dollars was fine.
Okay. So I tell him I’m writing a check and he asks if it will bounce or not… in a very rude way… okay, that’s fine, I was going to give him a 10 dollar cash tip, but not anymore… then i give him the check and tell him thank you sir and then he looks at the check and asks me what’s wrong.
What? Do you want me to have made the check out to your personal name… no he notices that I’ve written him a check from my sole propietorship construction business and says — you are in construction and you can’t give me 15 extra dollars?
Due to his hostility, I decided to tell him that actually a small constn. company like me has actually been struggling for 3 years (I woundn’t have bothered to explain this to him unless I thought it might disarm his hostility, lord knows he doesn’t deserve an explanation!), but then he and his partner then proceeded to tell me that if i’m not making lots of money in the construction business right now then I don’t know what I’m doing… I have to ask them to leave because their loud complaints were alarming neighbors.
So to sum up, my 30k miles relatively new prius really only needed attention in a concentrated spot of odor that wasn’t properly cleaned and i will have to get it professionally cleaned again. The rest of the cleaning was decent, but certainly not stellar.
I also had the feeling that this guy’s yelling/​bullying for more money could escalate at at any moment and cause an ‘incident’. I’m upset that he knows my address and am kinda worried I may get robbed.

Someone threw up in my car last week and I was NOT going to clean it out myself. After 2 days of searching, researching, and going through countless reviews, I called AAASPS. These guys were fantastic!!! It only took them an hour and a half, when I was told (by several other detailing companies) to expect an average of 3 hours. Plus, they came out the same day. There was no way I was going to let that puke marinate in my car over the weekend waiting for an appointment to open up at one of these other places. My Jeep looks AMAZING! Smells great, everything is so clean and shiny. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Base price is $ 85 to detail your vehicle inside AND out; it was $ 110 (including all taxes) for my Jeep (Wrangler Unlimited) bc it is bigger (counts as a 4 door SUV/​small truck). $ 110 very well spent. Sam and his associate were very personable, and pretty funny, actually. I enjoyed meeting them and felt comfortable with them being at my home. I will be using their services at least once a year to keep the Jeep looking fantastic. My neighbors saw them working on my car and told me later that they thought the guys did such a good job, that they went out of their way to get their information for their own car’s needs.

My partner and I have 9– and 12-​year old cars. We don’t like drive-​through carwashes for various reasons (we’re afraid the automated brushes scratch the paint, we don’t think they are as careful, we don’t think they use top-​quality products). We started out using a series of mobile detailers, but none of them lasted. They were flakey, unreliable, one dropped a tool on the car and I needed a body shop to fix the dent. One time I called Sam, and was very pleased. He’s by far the most professional and expert car detailer I’ve used. For years now we’ve relied on Sam exclusively to detail our two cars, and the results show: not a single person who sees them can believe they are so old; because of Sam they both look brand-​new. Their paint has a deep luster, the leather seats are supple, the carpets are spotless.
Last time I went to the dealership for service, the advisor assumed I had a current model, and at first thought I was mistaken about the age. The secret is we have Sam clean, wax, and treat them on a regular schedule. Sam’s wax keeps the paint protected from the sun, the cleaning keeps the paint from being abraded by dirt, the conditioner keeps the leather hydrated and protected from sun and heat.
Sam is careful, meticulous, and detailed. He uses top-​notch products (e.g., selecting just the right wax depending on the weather and conditions). He is reliable, always coming out promptly. I wish more businesses had Sam’s quality and service.

Had a car and an SUV done at the same time so I got a price break. Sam and his assistant were on time and worked very hard on the SUV (which took almost 2 hrs and was $ 105 to clean). On my sedan, it took about an hr and a half and I was charged $ 75. Both came out in awesome condition… I would highly recommend these guys!

My experience was unique. I was trying to sell my truck and I found Sam and his company on line. The special they were advertising provoked me to call them. Anyway, I needed my truck detailed but it just happened to be in the autoshop waiting for a part for the window. I was suppose to show the truck that evening so Sam very happily went to the auto mechanic and detailed my truck in the parking lot while the mechanic waited for the part. I never even saw Sam in person. I gave the check to my mechanic who then gave it to Sam. Eventhough, he knew I would not be there to inspect what he had done and he already had the money, he went above and beyond and made my truck look like it was brand new. I was so blown away at how exceptional the truck looked I had to call him and thank him. And then as if what he had done wasn’t amazing enough, he called me the next day and gave me the name and phone # to a guy who was looking for a truck like mine. Needless to say the guy bought my truck. So without contacting Sam at AAASPS I probably would still be trying to sell my truck and not have the new one I am driving now. Thank you so much Sam it is nice to know there are still businesses out there willing to go above and beyond for a customer! I will definitely be back!

Sam, the owner, is the best I have ever used. My SUV was a complete wreck on the inside — filthy as can be — ants had found their way inside and eating all the crumbs left from my kids. Sam and his partner made the car spotless inside and out. For being 7 years old, my car looks brand new!

My 8 year old MDX looks brand new. I was speechless! My car has not looked this good since its purchase! Sam and his crew are the best.

Just recently had my truck detialed. My truck was a mess. Sam told me after he fonishes my truck all im going to say is WOW. He was right. He did an outstanding job. If your car needs a good detail, call Sam @ AAASPS!

They did an excellent job and it was all done in my work parking lot. Great pricing with all the services a major detail shop would have… without having to leave your car, shuttle or cab it to work and then get back to the car before closing. Super convenient and like I said my car looks great. I’ve already recommended to coworkers as they were impressed, especially since my car with filthy beforehand. Now it shines and smells great. They even were able to get some paint off that splashed up from the road. Should have done this sooner and I will use them again

I highly recommend Sam for your detailing needs. My ’96 Ford Explorer looks brand new! Exterior and interior are spotless. Very professional and courteous.

My daughter randomly found this $ 99 deal on the internet so we selected AAASPS to detail her honda civic before we sold it. She called Sam and he said he could be there the next morning at 8:30 am before our buyers started calling! He brought a very polite and efficient young assistant and they quickly had her car washed, waxed, shampooed, and detailed. He even steamed cleaned the engine for us. I was very impressed with the price, quality and service.
