My car was stolen while in the custody of AAAA. They were not storing my vehicle in their main lot but a small lot in Otay Mesa without letting me know that my car was moved to a different facility. The security at that facility appears to have been inadequate with several days passing before they realized the fenced lot had been broken into and my car removed. It also took them nearly a week to notify me that it had been stolen. Their insurance did eventually cover the loss after ~3 months but the whole process was stressful and the experience left me deeply unsatisfied with this company.

I was treated extremely poorly by another storage facility and was hours away from my flight for an overseas tour… AAAA moved quickly while maintaining details and helped me store my vehicle in a timely manner with time to spare before my flight took off. Fully recommend this company for any storage concerns.

Excellent service! I’ve had to store my truck on several different occasions and the service here is unmatched and reasonably priced.
My truck had some transmission issues when I dropped it off but Kevin and the good folks at AAAA Auto storage were able to fix them while it was in storage allowing me to hit the ground running when I got back. The communication was always on point also. I never felt out of the loop or in the dark on the condition of my vehicle while I was away. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed which allowed me to effectively work overseas without having to worry about my truck back home.
They genuinely care about keeping your vehicle to your standards and have no issues working on it while it’s in storage, which in my opinion, is excellent business. They will also detail your vehicle upon request.
This is the only place I would recommend storing your vehicle. Their prices are fair and they offer a solid military discount.

Summary: Stop looking at other places, use AAAA.
So I have a 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado. I got a job offer in Hawaii and had to leave CA on short notice. I wasn’t sure what to do with the car so I called AAAA and they took it in. I’m thinking this will be for about 6 months. Long story short I don’t get back to CA for 4 years. I call up AAAA with no idea what to expect. Rusted out hunk of metal? Sold for scrape because they thought I’d died? Nope. Kevin answers the phone with «Oh hey yea we just started her up the other day, we’ll have her out front for you tmrw.» I almost dropped the phone. Car is in the exact same shape I left it in 4 years ago. They also normally require a few days notice for a pick up. I could only make it down the next day. Of course they said no problem and had the car ready. If you want to deal with a company that values it’s customers and does business the right way then store your car here. Can’t say enough about them.

Boyfriend stored his car here over deployment and on the day of his departure, he realized he left some uniforms in his car that he needed.
Kevin was more than helpful. On a Sunday (Mother’s day, nonetheless), he came to meet me at the storage garage around 11pm to help me sort through my boyfriend’s car to find the uniforms. He never complained and although I was inconveniencing him, he never made me feel like it.
I recommend this place without hesitation! If you want your car in good hands, take it here.

I have had my 2007 335i convertible in indoor storage at AAAA for over a year now. I really lucked out finding this place. Initially, not knowing anything about auto storage in San Diego, I had to toss a coin and take an educated guess going off reviews — on Unilocal.I was skeptical. That bet has paid off handsomely.
I am particular about my cars — door dings, bumper rash, curb rash on wheels, scraping the front air dam, even wearing of the seat side bolster getting in and out — I watch all these things and go to great pains to avoid them. These guys just plain get it — that’s the bottom line.
Kevin Greene and staff are sincerely passionate about automobiles — these guys genuinely have a keen knowledge and interest in the automobiles they store. This place is a true gem in stark contrast to the minimum wage «valet» style storage lots that you find in San Diego.

Have used them more than a few times now. Great Experience.

Great storage for our car during a deployment. They offered us a ride to and from airport. Our car was pampered during our leave and we were treated like family. Friendly customer service can’t say enough good things. Customers for life.

We received excellent service from all the friendly, personable employees at AAAA Auto Stotage during my last deployment! They did exactly what they said they would and then some! We’ve had both our cars out of storage for over a week now and they are running perfectly! It was such a stress relief to have zero hassle with getting the cars back in proper working order after being gone for months!

I took a job in the Bay Area and needed to store my 1984 Mercedes 380 SL within 3 weeks of giving my notice. I found Aaaa Auto Storage & Park on Unilocal.Reviews were positive so I called. The agent explained the services and prices. I thought it was reasonable so I went to the office to meet with the staff. The location is in a very low trafficked and quiet area. The facility is very clean and the lot is well maintained with solid fences. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very impressed.
Since then I have traveled back and forth between the BA and SD a few times. The first time I came back I didn’t provide the required 5-​day notice to have them prepare the car for me to pick up. In fact, I think I only gave them a day or two notice. I’d forgotten that I needed to give them the 5 days. However, Kevin, the GM and the owner’s son, who is a really good guy I’ve come to learn, worked with me to have the car ready for my pick up.
The next time I came in was after my father passed. Again, I didn’t give Kevin the 5-​day notice. And again he worked with me so I could pick up the car on short notice. He respected my family emergency and did so without hesitation.
I could say more about how genuine Kevin and his staff are, how they entertained my 7y/​o son when he asked all about the cars being stored, and how kind they were to my wife when she called requesting special accommodation, but suffice it to say that I’m really thankful that Kevin is taking care of my Mercedes.
Btw, the car was a gift from my father. Each time I pick it up, it is washed and ready to go.

I’m a US Navy service member and was in a short time crunch to make arrangements for car storage. After speaking with Kevin over the phone he made this transition for me very easy with no fuss or hassle. I had my 2014 convertible Chevy camero stored inside the facility for the duration of my deployment. I returned early due to an injury I incurred and contacted Kevin as soon as I learned of my return to the States. He had my vehicle ready to go the same day I flew into SD newly washed and waxed looking very polished and prestine as I last saw my vehicle. Strongly recommend and entrust AAAA Auto Storage & Park with the storage and maintenance of my Camero. Certainly will utilize AAAA Auto Storage & Park for future transactions.

We had a 1980 450 SL stored here for almost 13 years due to travels all over the world and the country. We had it delivered to our home in San Diego this week. It looks better than when we put it in storage and it runs well too. Customer service has always been professional and courteous no matter where on the planet we were! I would recommend AAAA Auto Storage to anyone who needs to store their vehicle for an extended period.

I have stored my car here twice. First for eight and a half months while on deployment. Second storage cycle was for three months while away for this past summer. Each time I had an easy and pleasurable experience. Email responses were timely. The vehicle was returned to me just as described. Clean and in the same condition I had left it or better. Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Most of my interactions were with Kevin. He was very helpful in all phases of the storage cycles, including keeping me informed on potential upkeep for the vehicle. Best of all, when I came to pick up the car after three months, Kevin remembered my name and face right away. Excellent customer service. I will certainly be back. Thanks again for all the help!

I have stored my 1970 Mach 1, and 1982 5.0 Mustangs here for the past 4 – 5 years and i can’t be more pleased! great customer service and upkeep of the vehicles throughout two nine month extended deployments and multiple moves. the associates up front are friendly and there personalities and professionalism is unforgettable. if a battery would die i would receive and email and they would replace the battery etc. the are started three times per month and fluids are checked constantly. (they baby you’re vehicle) overall this is the best experience i have ever had with a storage company period!!! I am changing only due to a move out of state. i would endorse and refer all of my closest friends and family and anyone for that matter to this facility. Grade-​A customer service and its a guaranteed 100% security of your high valued vehicle.

Where to start?! Better customer service I haven’t found ANYWHERE. The attention to detail and the diligence to make me, the customer, happy is above and beyond anything I have ever encountered in my 20 years as a Marine a constant deployment and constant dislocation from home to be abroad.
In June of 2011 I received orders to deploy with my family to Okinawa, Japan. I had just bought a 2011 Mustang GT/​CS that last Oct of 2010. 13K miles young and now it was to be parked for three years. After researching several companies as well as the GI designated auto storage I got a good feeling about AAAA Auto Sorage and Park. This is mainly because they answered all my questions, they returned multiple calls when I had more questions and it was something that I didn’t get from the other possible places I was looking at. I ended up touring AAAA with Mr. Greene and I liked what I saw. Clean, well maintained facilities and the cars stored looked great. It was like touring a car museum.
Turning in my baby was made very easy. The pre-​storage inspection, flawless and the communication for three years, incredible. They answered every phone call and every e-​mail. I couldn’t wait to get back to my baby from Japan.
2014 rolls around and it was time for me to prepare to go back to the states. As luck would have it, we were not to go back to California. Instead we are heading to Hawai’i. I immediately began wondering, how am I going to get my car without having to fly to California first and spend money on a ticket? I contacted Mr. Greene and his son and they told me what was required from me and that they’d take care of everything else. I sent them the paperwork and they made all the arrangements to get her shipped for me. For an additiona charge they detailed her and even took photos for me of how great she looked as well as photos of getting her shipped and then arriving at the Vehicle Processing Center in San Diego (photos were free, ha).
I highly recommend this facility above any other, specially above the government storage facility.

Used AAAA for 2 years to store my jetskis and the process was painless. The only reason I stopped using them was due to a job relocation to the other side of the country. The front spots allowed me 24hr access which is hard to find. The owner was always responsive and easy to work with. Great biz!

Great service, friendly staff, and military-​friendly.
I don’t have a great car or anything, but when I went overseas I wanted to ensure that someone was routinely starting my hyundai and sheltering it from the salty/​dusty San Diego air. You would have thought that it was an antique mustang, with the care they took of it. I was actually embarrassed by how cleaned up it came out, with the crap I left them.
When I left on a last-​minute patrol prior to my change of station, I packed up my car with my belongings to take cross country with me. Traffic was nuts, and I got there just as the owner was driving out the gate. He turned around, unlocked the garage (which apparently is quite the process), performed the pre-​inspection and took my car in. He even waited while the taxi came to pick me up. I can’t thank him enough for that. I honestly do not know what I would have done if he hadn’t taken my car that day. They were extremely flexible and proactive when I came back early due to port-​call changes, and hustled to get my car ready. They again shamed me when I opened my trunk to find that they took everything out of that overpacked mess to vacuum and repacked it into some kind of OCD masterpiece. Every interaction I’ve had with them (I stored my car three times) has been excellent. The staff is genuine and excellent, and they really go the extra mile for the customer. Rates are good, and the peace of mind is priceless. They do great work, and I wish them the best.

I left my Blazer with these guys for 4 months, and not only was my car in great shape when I got back (they start it for you every once in a while — things like that, so it doesn’t die from lack of use)… what really impressed me though was that they remembered me by name, remembered where I was heading, and what I was doing there. That kind of service always gets my attention. The price was quite decent as well.
I’ll definitely leave my car there if I“m leaving long-​term again.

Left my vehicle with them for an eight month deployment. They contacted me several weeks before my return to ask what date they should have it ready. When I called to pick it up, Jennifer actually remembered who I was?! Picked it up and they had cleaned it spic and span, fluids were good and they had filled the tires (although with the temperature and whatever they had initially filled them to there were about 10lbs over pressure when I checked them later that day).
Overall very pleased with their professionalism and help.
