Paul L.

Business Owner

Upon graduation from law school and becoming an attorney in 1994, Paul Lee began working with an employment law firm specializing in representing police officers. Later he worked for an insurance defense firm representing various insurance companies. After seeing, first hand, how insurance companies handled various personal injury claims he decided that he needed to represent the injured parties to ensure that they were represented fairly. He formed what is now known as AA-​Accident Attorneys, P.L.C. Mr. Lee currently serves the local community as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court in addition to serving his clients with AA-​Accident Attorneys, P.L.C. Under his leadership, AA-​Accident Attorneys, P.L.C., has grown from a local specialized personal injury law practice to a law firm of national prominence, skilled in all areas of civil and tort law. In December 2010, Mr. Lee was sworn into the U.S. Court system by the Supreme Court Justices in Washington D.C.

After getting into an accident and hurting my neck I was scared. I was in pain and unable to work. The Insurance company that represented the driver that hit me harrassed me to close my medical claim. I called AA Accident Attorneys and it was the best decision. They took over all communication with the insurance company and represented me. Care for my neck issues took a year and a half. AA checked on me frequently and waited for me to let them know when I was ready to settle.

I was in an accident early 2014. I was really upset when I realized I tore my shoulder rand my neck hurt after the accident and all I got was that his insurance was not going to pay for me to see a doctor.
I was lucky enough to select Accident Attorneys and they got me to a doctor right away. From then on I spoke with Elvia Fernandez from Accident Attorneys and she made sure it was all a breeze for me as she handles everything. I have received many calls from Elvia just to make sure I am feeling better with the shoulder surgery they made sure I had and physical therapy afterwards.
They really do care. I highly recommend anyone that needs an attorney to call them!!!

My dog got bitten by another dog recently and I was hoping to speak with someone who specialize in animal injuries so I called his office. Initially I thought I’d have to leave a voice message as it was already 10pm at night. But to my surprise, a secretary picked up the phone and connected me to an attorney named Lance. Lance was very helpful and offered me really good advice. He was very patient and didn’t brush me off just because it’s a dog injury (v. human being), or because it’s a small amount (i.e., around $ 6000). He gave me suggestions regarding obtaining report from Animal Control, Small Claims Court and Insurance issues, despite the late hours. I highly recommend him and his services!
