I’m DIY’ing wedding invitations and needed a print of an image on my pocketfold. I brought in the paper and they did just what I wanted.
There was an issue with the image and they worked with me to let me know the image wasn’t printing well. Great communication with their clients and customer service.
Everyone is super nice and they work together as a team to get the job done. I had a small job for them and they were still so nice and accommodating.

Great service for the value. I just needed black and white printing and they printed those for me in a timely manner on the paper I requested.
TIP: Send a PDF instead of a Word Doc. Most print jobs come out best in PDF and doc can be wonky.

First time it was the manager. Service was good. No complain. 2nd time it was an employee named Darrol. He is just simply rude! He acted like if he was doing me a favor! He acted annoyed, made me wait 45 min because he had «something to do». No smile, thank you, have a good day, see you soon. Nothing! Third time he refused to take my order! Maybe somebody else? You are not the only employee! How rude? I hope the management see that and react on it. He is at the front desk, welcoming new client. That’s the worst position ever for somebody with no customer service skill!
