These guys are fast, efficient and the real pros. Why pay a handyman that will do a patchwork of problems when you can get pros at an affordable price? Wow — great service and a reasonable bill! Had a clogged sink in my kitchen — my handyman and another plumber both cleared it, but only temporarily. Called A to Z hoping for a permanent fix when it plugged-​up again. Brian came out and, after some extensive physical effort with a snake, managed to have the drain running like new. I’ve had A to Z out twice in three years and have had nothing but good things come from them. They were prompt and efficient as well as courteous. My contractor recommended A to Z plumbing for an unexpected issue that came up on the job. Before hiring these guys I called about 5 other plumbing companies I found on Unilocal.No question, A to Z gave the best impression over the phone which then led to great, prompt and courteous service.
The other plumbing companies I called used a dispatch system or had people answering phones who knew nothing about plumbing. One guy even quoted me three hours for something that took well under one hour. He just had no idea. Lynn with A to Z plumbing however picked up the phone, understood the problem and confirmed that the work should take under 1hr to complete. She was great and even suggested that I ask the plumber to check all the toilets in my house since the work was pretty time light.
My plumber arrived within the window and I received a call letting me know when he was 20min out so that I could make sure to be there. Pricing was very reasonable. Don’t get me wrong. It ain’t cheap for one hour of work. But A to Z makes you feel taken care of and they seem very straightforward. Much appreciated I will call these guy again for any future plumbing needs.
