I needed my windows cleaned and after reading all of the great reviews for Bryan/​A Brighter Outlook I gave him a call. He came out the next morning for a free quote.
Bryan is great! Super nice and friendly. We scheduled window and screen cleaning the following week. The results were fast and incredible! He even cleaned an oddly placed window high up on the second floor that I never could have reached. He did such a great job!

If your windows are dirty and you’ve never had them professionally cleaned, you’re in for a treat. You won’t believe how much more light clean windows let in. A brighter outlook indeed.
Bryan was referred by a friend and I’m so grateful because he’s wonderful. He calls the night before to remind you of your service, shows up on time, works until the job is done right, inside and out (including screens!) and then charges a fair price. Yep.
Our craftsman has an insane amount of windows and I asked him to do several cabinet doors in the house and a couple more windows in the garage, he started promptly at eight and was done by noon. Yay!

Have you ever gotten a general estimate from a professional and then, once he sees the job, had it raised? Me, too, too many times to count. But rarely, if ever, have I had the opposite happen. Bryan came to inspect my house/​windows and then told me he’d charge me less than the price I’d agreed to. He called a few days before the job and told me he’d checked the forecast and it would rain — and suggested waiting another week. He then scheduled at my convenience. He confirmed again and arrived this morning at the exact time he’d said. Then he and his partner did a SUPERB job — clean, fast, reliable, courteous… I think I’m running out of adjectives, but there’s a ton more sunlight in my house than there was yesterday. I looked at a few companies but to be honest, in this economy I always prefer to go with an individual contractor or small business rather than a larger business. It’s always nice when that works out with superior service and a better-​than competitive price.

What distinguishes Bryan from other window washers is that he takes pride in his work. When you take pride in your job, it will be a job well done. Bryan (the owner who does the work himself) is extremely reasonably priced at around 60% of other window washers I have used and takes his time to wash the inside, outside, sills and screens and is not afraid of heights. You will never find a smudge or streak after he is finished. After he is done the windows and sills look like new. He is extremely polite, friendly and trustworthy. No need to babysit him.
