WILLRIPYOUOFF!!! BADNEWS!!! Keep searching!!! I had 5 locks changed on my home back in August 2015, this March, one of the locks bent and will no longer turn. I called A&D to have the lock replaced, they told me I had to PAY to replace the broken lock. This was after 5 minutes of back and forth with the agent. Next thing, you know the agent hung up in my face!!! I had to called back several times, only for him not to answer and send my calls to voicemail!!! Their Service, customer service and products suck. This company is bad news. Do not use them continue your search. I wanted to give them no stars but that option was not available.

I locked my key in the seat of my scooter and called them because they were supposed to be close. They told me it would $ 55 and I agreed. It took the guy a half hour trying to get the seat open and bent my lock all up. After he finally finishes he tells me it’s $ 92! I told him I was quoted $ 55 and he said the guy dispatching always forgets to tell customers about a $ 29 service fee! First of all that doesn’t even add up! Secondly, the whole thing is a service fee! There are no materials being purchased on this transaction! I was so upset and started crying! i had just finished running the half marathon and the day was just one crappy thing after another. He finally said he will only charge $ 65 after crying and telling him no, you can’t rip people off like that! I was still upset up the $ 65 but paid it anyway just to get rid of him. Bottom line… do NOT use these people! They will rip you off and damage your shit.

These guys put my one of my locks in sideways. I’ve called them several times to come back & correct the problem. They assure me that they will return and every time nothing. They had no trouble cashing my check in a timely manner though. Bad news.
