4111 Illinois Street

Lived here for 1.5 years, ended up moving to South Park just last month (needed more space).
The units here are maintained very well, and the property is clean and secure. The owners have put a lot of work into the building since trying to sell the units as condos last year, but now that they’re renting again, it’s a good deal for the location!
The real star here is Julie Dong, the property manager. You won’t find a more attentive and friendly manager anywhere in San Diego: I dare you to try. Move in, move out, and the entire potential sale last year were a breeze because Julie was always available to answer questions and make sure the tenants were happy. When I did decide to move, Julie personally called me, told me she would be sad to see me go, and reassured me that she would make sure I got as much of the deposit back as possible. She followed through on that promise!

Love my beautiful place in my beautiful neighborhood!!! Julie is such a great property manager! She is always attentive and keeps the property looking amazing all the time. She really cares about all of her tenants!
This complex is very close to all of the restaurants and bars in North Park. I can go out on the weekends and walk to wherever I want to go. All of the neighbors are friendly and are very respectful of one another. You can even make your rent payments on the property management website. It’s so easy! This is a great place to live!

Less than a month into living at your property on 4111 Illinois Street in San Diego, I am very impressed with all facets of the complex. From the first time I spoke with Julie regarding an available, I noticed that customer service was the top priority on her list.
Through her tremendous help, I was able to make the best transition possible from my former residence. The move was tough logistically, but through Julie’s help with the rental process I feel that move to the North Park property went very well. Every time I had a simple question, I was able to reach out to Julie and was quick to respond and offer guidance. I look forward toward living at this property because of the superior service she is able to provide.
