I have a long history of online marketing and business experience, in addition to a formal education in business. Originally I began my business career in management consulting which provided a foundation for business strategy and competitive analysis. In 2000 I started my own brick-​and-​mortar retail business where I learned how to compete online. The results of those efforts were that our retail business went from being a small local San Diego store to selling nationally. The skills gained early running my own business taught me how to make the phone ring… every dollar was important and and had to count. I learned how to reach customers in multiple channels (online, print, etc), and how to convert them. In 2008 I started our online marketing agency leveraging the years of experience in my own business combined with my prior management consulting experience. Our consulting company has grown steadily because of our ability to deliver measurable increases in revenue and profit.
