1 Stop Pool Pros

We used this company at our apartment complex’s for just over a month, they were incredibly rude to our staff, all of a sudden literally EVERYTHING went wrong with all our pool’s and spa’s and we had to spend thousands of dollars to repair them. The end of the line for us is when I was asking questions about one of our spas that they closed down so I could understand and the guy started yelling at me, lucky for me, my boss happened to be here that day and heard everything. When she went out to talk to him, he put his finger in her face and told her he was on the phone with his office. Shannon in the office is just as rude and unhelpful. When you ask her questions she is also very snide with her answers. What’s worse is, this guy was asked to leave our property since he was causing a scene, the next day we discovered a major clog in the filter system of the pool he was working on at the time. After spending 4 days working on it and a lot more money we found that he had shoved a rag into the filter system as he left. How do we know it was him, well how many people carry rags around with gray PVC glue all over them and it was the day after he was asked to leave. If you want good service and honesty, stay away from this company!
