Love, love, love this store! Gorgeous clothes, great jewelry, handbags, accessories… really great!
Price point is right there with where the same stuff would be at a department store (say Nordstrom), but great things, and good service.

Cute store, cute stuff, SUPER pricey but that’s not what I had an issue with. I went into the store on a Sunday, nobody else was in the store but me & the lady working there. I know it wasn’t the owner who was working.
Its a small store so you can see everyone in there, who comes & goes etc. I was in there for maybe 15 minutes, the lady behind the counter NEVER said a single word to me. No hello, no how are you, didn’t ask if I needed help, NOTHING. She looked right at me & went on with her business — looking at some necklace she was playing with.
I was appalled. How can any store survive in this economy with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE?! It was really bad.
I would never go into the store again just for the fact that I was never greeted or even recognized in the store. It was almost like she thought I couldn’t afford anything in the store so she didn’t even feel the need to acknowledge me. Very pretty women situation.
Won’t be going back. And a note to management — I have been a manager & you need to do some reevaluating of your staff because something like that to me is just unacceptable.

I originally went to Variant for my mom, this store sells ‘troll’ beads, and I guess there aren’t many stores in So Cal that do. Variant offers much much more than troll beads, if you are looking for a cute /​original handbag, I think they have a fabulous selection. Very cute clothes, lots of high end stuff, a ‘sale’ room in the back — I’ve purchased many an item there. Lots of nice custom jewelry, made by local artists, and the ladies that work there are MORE than helpful. This store is in the ‘shopping district’ on Del Mar, and I LOVE going to Variant, I always find something I like there.
