The employees at the Camino De Los Mares UPS are AMAZING! Honest, helpful, polite, hardworking, and efficient– just overall good people. They helped me pick out boxes for my inventory, helped me package my items, and print out my Amazon shipping labels. I’ve been a San Clemente resident for 20+ years are these are the types of people who make our town such a wonderful place!

This UPS store has the most awesome customer service Nick and his staff are very knowledgeable and super professional.

Came here to get a document notorized during lunch and the process was as easy as it gets. The staff was friendly and service was great.

This is a friendly store and have used all their services many times. I do have to caution customers to not buy stamps there! The markup is horrible, $ 17.00 for a book of 20. Go to Ralph’s!

I think UPS is great. Always great service. They get your package there on time and most of the time early. Never any lost packages. Quicker service than USPS. The list goes on…
I’ve come to this location many times and it has always been a good experience. There was one time though that they didn’t get to work on time so I had to wait a little bit, but that is just me being nitpicky haha. Overall, great!

We have been renting a mail box from them and I have nothing but praises for the staff at this UPS store. Everyone of them is so affable and helpful, that they definitely go the extra mile for their customers. A couple times that I was too busy to go to check my box, I called them, and they were so nice to check if I had mail, or not. Having owned businesses before, I can safely say, these guys are priceless! You owe it to yourself to pay them a visit for any of your mailing, or notary needs.

Very nice staff, super helpful. Also gave me better pricing on a large outgoing fax than 4 other stores I called. Their polite and friendly people made my day.

Tired of waiting in lines at the USPS? Then look no further as this UPS store can help you with all your shipping needs. You will not wait in long lines and the staff is super friendly. I work in outside sale and always need to mail samples and expense reports back to my companies HQ in Pennsylvanian. Needless to say I used this UPS store often. I never have to wait in a line, they always pack my items up in a box and mail it out quickly so I can get on with my day. I have also had a few notaries done here when I was refinancing my home. Keep up the good work UPS Store!

They’re super nice and helpful here. I work next door and sometimes if our notary is not avaliable, we walk our customers over there for notary service and the’re always willing to do it. It’s only $ 10 per signature, I also do all of my personal shipping and mailing from here because they’re so much nicer and more efficient then the regular post office. My packages and letters always arrive at their destination on time!

You can take care of UPS and USPS business here. I’ve also come here for LiveScan fingerprinting. It’s usually really busy inside, but the workers are fast and helpful. Once they held the USPS truck for me so my package would get out on time. Very cool.

Came here in a rush to get my Advance Directive Notarized before I had knee surgery. Sure, there was only one guy on staff, but I didn’t have to wait long. Plus, I could check out some of the merchandise and what other services they have there. I’ll definitely go back to have anything I need notarized (only $ 10/​signature).

I have been using this location exclusively for all of my packaging and shipping needs. The staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. There have been numerous times I have come in with partial address, or requiring additional assistance on items, each time they have helped me and always made me feel like my business was important to them
Most recently I sent a package through this location, to New York. I provided the wrong address and we thought the package had been delivered to the incorrect address. I partnered with Nick, who not only helped me track down the package and ensure it had been redirected to the correct address, but he provided a follow up call to ensure that my recipient had received the package!
I will always go back to this store for any/​all of my shipping needs. Skip the post office and go to this UPS Store in San Clemente! Awesome!
