I was going crazy trying to treat this on my own. My 3 daughters and I had lice and I thought I got it all the first time around and I didn’t so it came back even worse. I was losing an uphill battle. I went to Simple Head Lice Solutions and felt like I could finally relax. They were kind, caring and even had Netflix for my children to watch to keep them occupied. They didn’t try to push any product on me that wasn’t necessary. It was totally worth it to go there.

Excellent, quick service and communication. Was able to have the service done in the am and my daughter to school by 9:30am. Just be warned that the $ 25 for $ 50 Unilocal deal is NOT valid if you have the service done at home. The deal is not clear about this, so I purchased thinking it would work. The owner granted the exception for me to use after a few requests, but it sounds like they won’t be so lenient in the future.

I had lice a few months ago and never went back for my re-​check (14 days after treatment) because I figured it was gone. After a few more weeks I realized I had lice again. Not sure why but I called and had to come in for a re-​check. This time I had to pay $ 10 but it was cheaper than everyone else’s $ 35 head check fee. They were very considerate. Come to find it I only had a dry scalp. Egg on my face! Thanks you guys! #dontstopbelieving

What a huge blessing it was to find Simple Head Lice solutions in San Clemente — I am now stress and worry free– after 11 days of head lice on my 2 young daughters (7 and 4) and myself I finally can rest assured it’s over. I spent $$$ money on store treatments — and expensive online treatments– I had no one to look through my hair — it’s so long and tangly– had no idea what was going on with my own lice just knew my daughters were taken care of… Wish I had known about simple solutions from the beginning and saved myself so much money time and stress– so so so worth it! Excellent service! Friendly and accommodating. Pleasurable visit under the circumstances. My 7 year old enjoyed herself almost too much. Laughing and joking with the ladies. We go in for a recheck tomorrow, so I’ll let you know how that goes! The original head check was free.

My daughter (12) and several of her friends all discovered they had lice. I did a little online research and found this place. Got same day appt. Discreet location. The salon workers were friendly and put us at ease. It three hours of tedious meticulous patient combing to get my daughter clean. Natural cedar oil product smells ok. Just went back for the one week check. All clear! What a relief.
If you discover you or your child has lice I suggest you skip any attempt to self treat. Skip the rid and over the counter stuff. Save yourself the time and stress. Just come here. Then follow their advice on how to treat house and bedding. Go home, hazmat your house and be prepared to do MOUNTAINS of laundry. Take a hot shower and pour a big drink. Someday you’ll look back and laugh. But for the next few weeks you’ll be paranoid and itchy!

I got an appt for the same day, & after getting the treatment it was a big relief! No more lice eggs!

I had an issue with an employee over the phone and was very upset with how poor the customer service was. Shortly after, the owner (and woman I spoke to earlier on the phone apparently) reached out to me and was very apologetic, sincere and still offered me her services at a discounted price for the inconvenience. I can appreciate a company that cares about keeping their customers happy and will be returning here for service in the near future.

What makes the difference with this business is that the owner Jackie is available via telephone 24⁄7 and that they will completely clean out your head of live bugs and all nits in one treatment. They will even do free lice checks of anyone’s head. I loved the non-​pesticide spray that she used during the treatment, and it even smelled nice. I called late in the evening (10:30pm), and we were scheduled the very next morning at 8:00am. Jackie answered all of my questions that night, which greatly eased my anxiety, and we didn’t have to wait for treatment. This is a wonderful small business, and we should definitely support this one if we need it! Jackie is dedicated to her job and is very detailed. What a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances! Thank you so very much.

These ladies are great! I’ve never seen more dedication, passion, and caring involved in such a tedious and daunting task as cleaning up head lice. They make it their number one priority to put themselves in the shoes of the families that come to them for treatment.

Before calling simple head lice solutions last month, i did three separate lice treatments on my daughter. I was able to kill all the lice, but could not get rid of the nits. So frustrating! She was sent home twice from school. Out of desperation, I called simple head lice solutions. I had no idea these types of services were offered, but now I see why. I called at 9 pm on a weeknight, and within 24 hours we were nit free. Jacquelyn was great! She was very informative and thorough. She was at our house for about an hour and a half. My daughter was back to school the next day. Next time I will call Jacquelyn before spending $ 50 at the drug store!

I was searching online for professional Lice removal and getting quotes when I found lice in my nieces hair. I had sent an email for a quote on the Simple Head Lice Solutions website and Jacquelyn called me and emailed me back within 15minutes. Which in that time I had found it on my son as well! I was panicked, she assured me everything was fine and told me where to begin with my items at home. She was able to fit my family in that afternoon and was very professional when she arrived. They dont use any toxic formulas. (dont waste your money on those lice shampoos they dont work!) She sat and combed it all out until it was gone. Assured me we were lice free, gave us after care instructions and even called me a few days later to see how things were going. I cant say enough nice things about Jacquelyn and Simple Head Lice Solutions. Im so greatful I found them and didnt try and take this on by myself!

Awesome service! I called the morning I found out and they were there by lunch. Great price for an amazing service. She showed up on time if not early. Ready to work. My child came home from the YMCA with Nits and a few bugs and I freaked out. How could this happen? Who did it? How do I get rid of it? Who else has it. I run a daycare as well and was terrified my parents wouldnt come back. The tech Jessica was extremely helpful at putting parents at ease as well as informing them of the critter itself. She was very thorough with every head. Very clean process cleaned up after herself and listen to the chaos of kids everywhere. She had product on hand to hand out for anyone to who wanted it. I cant say enough about how awesome these ladies were. If you go to the store and get a kit DON’T I used one and thought my daughter was clean and she still pulled off eggs. YUCK. Anyways they were awesome and I would use them in a heart beat.
