As a direct result of Unilocal reviews I decided to gamble with Robert Fischer Plumbing as I am new to San Clemente I had no other contacts. What a payoff… great service, great people… Josh was my tech that came out to set a toilet. He’s a great guy, very knowledgable and efficient. I’m sold. No other plumber for me in this neck of the world! A definite keeper.

I have worked alongside Robert Fischer Plumbing on multiple jobs. Being in the water damage restoration business we always need a reputable plumber to refer our clients to. I appreciate the attention they give our clients and their knowledge and expertise!

These guys are fantastic! Called and spoke to Mark and he had a tech out the same day. It was a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, Josh was professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thanks guys

We have used Robert Fischer Plumbing at our business for a few years now. They diagnosed a slab leak last fall and fixed it immediately. We had no down time at the business. They are very fast to respond to our needs. We are confident that if we have a plumbing issue, they will be there and take care of the problem.

Received call from friend asking for plumber referral because they had water coming out from wall behind refrigerator. I asked my contacts and a friend recommended Robert Fischer so I passed info along. My friend called me later to say how impressed she was and what a great job Robert Fischer Plumbing had done. Came out right away, fixed problem, didn’t leave mess and was fair in the amount charged.
Today another friend had water suddenly pouring into backyard from unknown source. I recommended Robert Fischer again based on last friends positive experience. My friend called, explained problem and they sent JOSH out right away. This guy worked very hard to identify the problem and was able to remedy the situation and restore water to house. My friend was very happy to have the problem fixed so quickly and agreed that the price was very fair.
I will continue to recommend Robert Fischer Plumbing.

My neighbor had a major plumbing issue and he had already called 3 other local plumbers and did not get a return call from any of them. I gave him the name & number for Robert Fischer Plumbing and he got in touch with them immediately and they sent a crew out right away. The issue was fixed right away and now my neighbor will only call RFP when plumbing issues arise, just like I always do.

Robert & his son helped install a new Water Heater and a gas line @ our place. There service was prompt and workmanship was nice. Will recommend them to others.

Wow, what a great experience. I had a hot water heater stop working and figured I’d be buying a new one for a thousand bucks or more.
I called Rob as a result of Unilocal reviews. He returned my call within two hours and showed up a few minutes later. He looks at the heater and checked a few things and told me it was the thermo coupler. I have no idea what it is but it took him about fifteen minutes to replace. He could have easily sold me a new hot water heater.
Not only is he honest, but he’s a helluva nice guy. I highly recommend him!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and was not comfortable doing it myself, as many of the connections under the sink looked as if they would disentigrate if I as much as touched them. Hey, my house was built in 1976!
A realtor friend highly recommended Robert Fischer Plumbing, and from start to finish my experience was a positive one.
A short list of all the great things I liked:
1) A live person answered the phone and took my information, promising a call back
2) I got a call back from Mark within the hour
3) Same day service even though my job was not an emergency
4) Robbie called to let me know he was on his way from his last appointment (and was right on time!)
4) Job was completed quickly, perfect cleanup
Wouldn’t it be great if every service provider had such great follow up and attention to detail? The next time I need anything plumbing related, I know who I will call.

The go to plumber for both my residential and business! Clean, professional customer service and business ethic from these guys I can’t stress that fact enough. Sometimes in south county it’s hard to find a plumber or contractor that their quality of work matches the price, everyone wants to gouge you for a half assed job that they get done as fast as they can, this company backs their workmanship hands down.

My go-​to plumber of choice. Top notch service and reasonable prices. I refer a ton of business to them because they know how to treat my clients. Josh and Mark are great guys.

I was in need of a plumber to install a water conditioning system for me. I went to my neighbor and he recommended Robert for the excellent work he has done for him in the past. I cannot agree me with my neighbor as I was extremely satisfied with his work. Robert came by on a Friday morning before i left for work. He explained everything to me including getting a picture of what the units would look like installed in my garage. I left for work and came by to check at lunch and the work was already complete. I would recommend to anything that is looking for a plumber that does top of the line work to call Robert. I will be using his services in the future should I need the assistance of a plumber again.

This is a review of a POOR experience with Robert Fischer Plumbing Inc. whose reputation seems to be very good on Unilocal and in the community at large.
We hired Robert Fischer Plumbing Inc. to provide a sewer location for a tie in for a newly added bathroom. The information provided was incorrect in both location and depth resulting in a wasted labor cost for $ 890. The actual location of the sewer line was a full 5 feet off and too deep (10 — 11 ft) to safely tie in without extensive cost for further shoring of the trench/​hole.
Had the location been done accurately, we could have easily tied in much further up the driveway with only a 3ft hole.
When I tried to discuss compensation for the wasted labor, Robert said that he would refund the original cost for the location and $ 200 for laborers. That was too large of a gap, we have lost time in our project and will now be left with multiple patches in our driveway because of this error.
Due to this inflexibility, in what was clearly his error, we will be filing a formal complaint with the CSLB and pursuing full compensation.

Robert with (I believe it was) his son were going to do a job at a neighbor’s house. When I saw them pull up in the driveway across the street, I asked if they could take a look real quick at a problem I had, as my shower and toilet weren’t draining and water was coming up from the downstairs patio. Robert asked me to put out an extension cord and said he would snake the driveway/​street pipe real quick after they were done at my neighbor’s house, as that’s where the problem was.
They got to work after finishing up at my neighbor’s house, first snaking the pipe, but since that didn’t quite work, they used another type of snake. Since they hadn’t been called out for this job, they didn’t have exactly the right equipment on their truck to deal with this problem– which was a a stoppage caused by roots from my palm tree.
They were both on their knees, trying really hard to unclog the street pipe with the equipment available, which of course made it a lot harder. It was a nasty, disgusting job they had to deal with, as there was sewer water involved with it, which kept splashing up. I felt bad as they got their clean clothes all dirty, and their arms and hands all wet from this disgusting water, because of having to reach far down into the pipe. You can also imagine the foul smell. But they didn’t seem to care, and just wanted to take care of the problem.
They got quite a bit of roots out of the pipe, but the snake still couldn’t quite reach all of it. Robert decided one of his employees would have to come out, who would be using the right kind of snake. He arrived a couple of hours later and took care of the last of the problem.
Obviously he could have called the other guy right away from the start and it would have been an easy fix with the right equipment, but I find it honorable that Robert and his son weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty to try and fix the problem to help me out quickly, right then and right there. The price ended up being very reasonable too.

Robert is a great plumber. He did a fantastic job for me and fit me in when my former plumber didn’t show up the previous day.

I don’t call anyone else. I’ve used them for several years after having tried other companies and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Finally a Plumber that is honest with the customers and know’s his job well! I had several plumbers out to fix my plumbing problem– which they were unable to do! Then I received a referral from a friend to call Robert, he came out and located the water leak within minutes my problem was fixed!!! Again, thank you Robert!

I have called Mark and Robert to do several jobs for me and I have been really impressed with their knowledge, quickness, and professionallism. I would definitely use them for all my plumbing needs
