I found this place on line. I was pleasantly surprised. The office os beautiful and clean. The owner Robyn explains everything to you in detail. Her work is impeccable. I had my upper lids, lower lids and brows done. She does the hair stroke technique on brows. She picked a perfect color. She even called tbe next day to check on me. I would recommend this place to everyone. Parking is easy, and there are alot of little stores in the area.

I had an amazing facial today by Robyn. She definitely knows what she is doing. She took her time… her pace was perfect. The products smelled so good and felt so creamy. My skin feels super hydrated. The whole experience was nice from start to finish. Thanks Robyn… can’t wait to go again!

I bought a Groupon for a facial and a massage. Robyn did a nice job of both. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The spa was clean and peaceful. The massage was just the right amount of pressure, very relaxing. The facial was nice. All the products smelled and felt great on my skin. Robyn was personable and professional.

I googled to look for a local permanent makeup place and the number one place in my area was Off The Vine Spa Robyn was amazing she first explained everything to before she did one thing to me she knows her stuff she’s certified and she is awesome I know this I’m a licensed Esthetician she did an amazing job on my eyeliner and my eyebrows. I highly recommend her if you are looking for natural and stunning permanent make up!

This is a long overdue review. Robyn did my eyebrows about a month ago, and I love the results. Robyn is very knowledgeable in permanent makeup. At first I was a little hesitant after she drew on a rough (very rough) idea of how it would look with the ink and a q-​tip (TIP: Bring your own eyebrow pencil if you want to avoid a little scare) but the results were no where close to what she drew, it was even better! I recommend all services provided by Robyn because not only is the service well worth every penny but the environment is very clean.

Purchased a Groupon for a 60-​minute European facial at Off The Vine Day Spa and had a wonderful experience. Robyn was very welcoming and the facial was thorough yet gentle… I didn’t want it to end! Left here feeling relaxed and pampered; I will definitely be back!

Been here twice for a massage and facial. Robyn is amazing! I fell asleep both times I was so relaxed! I have gotten massages and facials other places but Robyns was definitely the best. Not too hard not too soft just perfect! I will definitely be going back again.

My decision to get permanent make up done was not one I took lightly. I have drawn my eyebrows in for over 10 years, due to over plucking as a young teenager I have little to no eyebrows left. I always hoped permanent make up would be the solution to this for me. If you’ve never drawn your eyebrows in… let me just say, its a huge hassle, not to mention time consuming. After years of time wasted, frustration, etc… I finally decided to go for it. I took the task of finding the right person to do my permanent make up seriously. I met with over 10 other permanent make up artists before being referred to Robyn. Along my search I found many of the other places I went to lacked experience, technique and overall knowledge of the process, but not with Robyn. When we first spoke on the phone we talked for over an hour. She gave me more information then all of the people I had met with before put together! The time she took to inform me of the process truly amazed me, and made me feel more comfortable with the process. Long story short, I only have good things to say about Robyn. She made the entire process easy. I am a heavily tattooed individual, and this was the first «tattoo» that I was scared about doing, I mean its your face!!! But once I met Robyn I knew I could trust her and that she was the right person to do this for me. The process was easy, little to no pain, and I am 100% satisfied. I have only had to do a few touch ups simply because I wanted to go thicker with my brows, and I chose to keep them thinner in the beginning. Robyn is worth the price, hands down. If you want someone to do a good, professional job, Robyn is the person to go to. I could not be happier with the results of my permanent make up… not only do I save time and frustration everyday, my eyebrows look amazing and natural, which is a look I have not had in years. Going to Robyn was one of the best decisions I have ever made. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! Robyn is great to work with, always helpful, patient and informative. You will not be disappointed. ROBYN IS AMAZING! The best permanent make up artist I have found in Orange County.

I bought a Groupon for my upper eyeliner. I waited close to two months to give this review because I want to see the result in a more permanent bases. When I went to get my eyeliner done, it looked so pretty. Robyn told me a follow up visit is best due to my ink will drop so I scheduled it one month later. About 4 days after, pretty much my ink has dropped off and left me with a very, very slight line. You can barely see it. I went to my follow up visit the second time and express my concern about the drop ink. This time Robyn made lines thicker expecting the ink will drop again. Which it did after a week. However, this time the ink hasn’t drop as much as the first time and the result came out pretty good. Looks pretty natural, eyeliner doesn’t look like it stand out like you have eyeliner on.
Based on my experience with Robyn, my conclusion is that she is experience in her field of permanent makeup. She is professional, and she listens to your needs and concerns. She is conservative when applying permanent makeup. I feel no pain during the process due to numbing cream. But when I start to feel something, I make sure Robyn knows so she can apply more numbing cream so I feel better. Later on that night and the next day, the post procedure as most people says. The irritation, and little pain will come back, and I just take Benadryl and some ice to make it feel better. By the 4^th or 5^th day I’m pretty much back to normal. I kept my eyeliner moist at all times via Vaseline for two weeks. I would recommend her to my friends when it comes to eyeliner.

I never thought my eyebrows would be my first tattoo that I’d get. I don’t regret it one bit and especially because they were done by Robyn at Permanent Makeup Lounge. She is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I’m not gonna lie. I was a little scared, thinking that my eyebrows were so dark after the procedure. But she told me they would fade, they have and they look amazing! I get compliments all the time and I haven’t even gone for my follow-​up yet. My boyfriend agrees. I highly recommend you see Robyn, especially for eyebrows. I’m a very happy customer!

I decided to get my eyeliner done and wanted something a little thicker then the natural look. Thicker eyeliner takes more then one session. I have had 3 sessions and I love it! Tho I’m still deciding if I want one more session for just a little more thickness. I am someone who used to not go out without makeup on and now i hardly wear any. I feel prettier and happier with myself. Anyways, I think Robyn is great. She walks you through every step and makes sure you are comfortable and feeling alright throughout and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for permanent work.

Robyn did my eyebrows today, I have hair but needed them thicker and to have one side extended. She did a FANTASTIC job! I have already referred a friend to her and I hope to have more work done by Robyn.
I would highly recommend The Permanent Makeup Lounge, not only is the service friendly but she is extremely clean and cuts no corners when it comes to keeping her clients safe and protected.

I have seen her work, and I wish she could get a «0» star. Perhaps she is better at eyebrows, but NEVER get your eyelids/​eye liner done! Complete waste of time and money! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! After multiple visits, no results! If you have any complaints about the work Robyn will turn on you! Save yourself some time, money and pain and go somewhere else!

After many, many years of over plucking my eyebrows, and a year of trying to grow them back in, I finally decided to get them filled in. I had basically plucked them into a rainbow shape and just wanted a little bridge put in so it didn’t look like I was surprised all the time. We did the hairline stroke in a dark color, since my hair is black (and fair skin). They look fantastic. I still have to go back for the touch up (4 weeks later), which I need. They look filled in but some parts didn’t take the color (which Im sure is what the touch up is for). But even with that happening, they still look better than they did before.

I was always apprehensive about getting my eyebrows permanently tattooed as I’ve seen a lot of my [Asian] friends’ parents getting their eyebrows tattooed and what it looked like after (the eyebrows were obviously tattooed in and they’ve turned into a blue-​ish color). A friend of mine got her’s tattooed and I couldn’t believe how realistic it looked and decided to finally take the decision more seriously. I found out about Permanent Makeup Lounge through a LivingSocial deal that was posted and decided to read up on the procedure through Permanent Makeup Lounge’s website as well as Unilocal reviews and browsed through the pictures. I couldn’t make my first appointment because of a family emergency and Robyn was very understanding and was very helpful before meeting for the first time as I had A LOT of questions to ask about the before and during procedure.
On the day of my procedure, I did not know what to expect, but I LOVE the way my eyebrows turned out!!! I’m someone who has to fill in their eyebrows every time I go out as I made the dumb mistake of a teenager of over plucking (if only someone told me they’ll never grow back the same way) and my natural eyebrows were almost two different shapes. The procedure was painless as Robyn uses a numbing cream while showing you her gallery of pictures on her phone of previous work done and talking about what procedure would work out (either filling it in completely or with single strokes). I came into the procedure with a definite answer of filling out my eyebrows, but after looking through Robyn’s pictures, I went with the single strokes. My friends couldn’t tell I got my eyebrows tattooed at all as they thought I just filled in my eyebrows with a different color as usual. Everyone says how natural my eyebrows look and to me, that is the best compliment I can receive and made me feel like I’ve made the best decision to get them done. THANK YOU AGAIN ROBYN! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

I had an eyeliner procedure done by Robyn a few months ago. I would have never thought something like this could be so rewarding. As I’ve gotten older, my eyes have become much more sensitive to mascara and eyeliner so I stopped wearing a lot of make up over the past few years. When you can wake up and not have to apply any makeup what so ever, it’s a fabulous! I never have to worry about my eyeliner running or looking messy or bothering my eyes. AND it looks great ²⁴⁄₇!
I would highly recommend Robyn’s services. Not only is she very patient but considerate of you, as well, by asking if you are comfortable all throughout the procedure. I am a 58-​year old woman and I had gray eyebrows. You couldn’t even see them! I’m allergic to make-​up so was unable to use eyebrow pencil. When I decided to get permanent eyebrows I went to Robyn and now I look like a different person. My eyebrows are gorgeous and expressive. My procedure of permanent eyebrows was not an easy decision for me. I was unsure if I even wanted to have something so permanent on my face. As soon as I met Robyn I knew that she would answer all my questions. She makes herself available to you whenever you have a question or concern after she works with you. She is so professional and tells you exactly what she is going to do before she does it. She is patient and if you feel any pain she wants you to let her know.
I felt comfortable the entire time she performed on my eyebrows and I am in love with her work.

When I went in for my first time I was undecided on what eyebrow shape or color would look good on my face, after experimenting with several, Robyn assured me that if I was unhappy with anything that it could be easily altered at the next touch up!
I am so happy that I found Robyn, and I am extremely satisfied with my new brows! My eyebrows before were ashy blonde and barely visible. They are now a beautiful rusty brown and I couldn’t be more delighted with the appearance of them.
I will be returning to Robyn to get my lip color tattooed soon and I cannot wait to see how they turn out!
