OC Autoworks

We tried them the 1^st time months ago only to be disappointed by them letting our car sit for seven days before looking at it. We decided to give them a second try because of the convenient location. This time we were under a time restraint, but were told it was no problem. Unfortunately, they were over an hour late & then explained our total was $ 75 over the estimate. The customer service is also unprofessional. Not giving them a third chance.

Cindy, David, and Mike are great people! Great service, advice, and such reasonable prices! We trust them with our cars. We’ve used other shops before trying them and we’re grateful we found them! Highly recommend them!

I needed a value on a smog cert.
I rolled in and found a clean professional shop. Not expecting to find this at all. Everyone spoke English. The service from the owner, front desk, to the technician. All top notch.

My mom and I have had a lot of difficulty throughout the years looking for an honest shop to take care of our vehicles. I can finally say with relief and excitement that I don’t have to search any longer. Cindy and Mike have been the BEST, they have taken care of my mom and I like no other shop has done in the past. We are truly lucky to have found OC Autoworks. I will forever keep taking my cars to them as well as refer all my friends and family members. If I could I would give you guys 10+ stars. You guys deserve it.

I recently had an oil change at OC Autoworks and had a great experience! They are very professional, made a recommendation that they use a high quality oil filter (only $ 10 additional), completed the work in a timely manner and couldn’t have been nicer! They checked my 2010 Lexus hybrid over and to me, the sign of a reputable shop is when they don’t find anything that needs fixing! And that’s exactly what happened! I recently moved to the area… nice to have found a great auto service repair shop I can trust! Thanks OC Autoworks!

I stopped by this morning to get a smog check. First time here and I was impressed with their customer service. First and competitively priced. I will be returning here for any futures automotive needs.

I recently took a chance and bought a vehicle online without seeing or driving it before hand. I came out on the wrong side of this deal. When I started it up for the first time the entire truck shook and made a few awful noises and shook as I drove down the interstate. I wanted to squash any mechanical issues early on so the next day I stopped by OC Autoworks just to see what they could do for me.
Mike saw me walking up and greeted me right away. I told him my situation and he offered his recommendation and said he could get to it the very next day. I went home to drop off all of my important things and drove back to drop off my truck. While I was expecting to grab a taxi for the short ride home, Travis, one of the mechanics gave me a ride in my truck and I was able to point out the exact issues that I was concerned about.
From the beginning, Mike was honest with me about his assessments and sorted the issues by priority and always had my budget and best interest in mind. Everyday my truck was in their shop they communicated with me and I always felt at ease about what was going on. I highly recommend OC Autoworks and will continue to use them in the future.

You never know what to expect when you walk into a new shop of any kind, but nothing fills me with more worry than a new auto shop.
OC Autoworks put me at ease right away. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. They kept me informed, and they offered to drive me home and pick me up if I wanted.
The service was quick but not too quick, and the results were comfortably priced within my restricted budget. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely take my car back there when it needs service again.

2000 Chevy truck had failed smog at another test station. OC Autoworks diagnosed several problems and repaired at a reasonable price. Cindy was very helpful and keep us informed, Don the tech explained the problems in easy to understand terms. Truck passed smog on next try! Will use for both our cars in the future.

Love this shop! Cindy is great and so sweet. I’ve taken all 3 of our cars here for different things… from major repairs to minor repairs within the last 6 months. They really go out of their way to help you and make sure the work is done right. So glad I finally found a place I can trust.

Hands down this is the best place to go to. My husband and I are new to the area, and they have been beyond kind and helpful! You can really trust their entire staff. Our car broke down on me on my way home, and they drove up to where I was stranded to check the car. They even searched for a tow truck for me, I couldn’t of asked for a better service. We just absolutely love them!

First off let me say my experience with OC Autoworks was exceptional! My father owned an auto shop and I know how hard it is to find a mechanic you can trust. When he passed I found it hard to trust my 67 Dodge Dart with anyone else but him, till now! When I first dropped my car off and met Dan I could tell it was in good hands. He seemed to have a passion for what he does and they kept me informed every step of the way. Dan went above and beyond to search for the parts my car needed and that he would not settle to get cheap parts, that it needed to be done the right way.
When they called me to tell me my car was done, my first thought was «what are they going to tell me they did that is going to cost me extra?» «What part cost more than they expected?» «We found this other thing wrong and its a major problem». There was none of that! Just pure, good olé’ honesty. They did what they said and to the way I wanted it done… and better. Dan walked me through every detail on what he did when I picked up my car. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I would and will recommend anyone and everyone to OC Autoworks, they deserve it.
