Established in 1996.

Mark has been a proud owner of three successful architectural design firms located in Orange County, California, with the development of hundreds of properties including residential, commercial, retail, institutional, entertainment and educational projects types. Mark has worked with many reputable awards winning and top architectural and home building firms in such states as California, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona.

Mark’s brings 20 years of residential design experience and has worked with many of the nation’s cutting edge top 100 residential home building firms which have provided him the necessary expertise to deliver a variety of residential projects such as from small, large or custom remodels and additions, historical home modifications and restorations, new from the ground up homes and custom homes. Mark is dedicated to providing his clients creative, innovative and cost effective design solutions. Mark’s services also include providing high quality, detailed and comprehensive architectural construction drawings for the contractor and for the required city submittals for their reviews and approvals in order to obtain a building permit.

Mark is a great designer, and we’re very pleased with our major house remodel which consists of adding a laundry room, powder room, relocating the master bathroom, expanding 3 rooms, in addition to a major kitchen remodel. He’s creative, attentive to our needs, and most importantly, will continue to work on the design until we’re all happy. Mark also helped us tremendously throughout the contractor bidding and selection phase. We’re getting ready to submit for permit, and looking forward to the next phase of our project. Mark is wonderful to work with, and we’d highly recommend him.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. My expectations were blown away. We were about to start a kitchen remodel project and thanks to Mark, he gave insight we needed about the wall we wanted to tear down. We spoke with several kitchen companies who told us, «well let’s just open it up and then we will find out.» I wasn’t satisfied with that answer. Thankfully, I was referred to Mark, with his expertise and immediate response to my call, he came out the next day and then coordinated an engineer and contractor to meet us the following day to be able to provide us and an accurate quote and timeline for the project. Because of his excellent customer service and communication with us, we were educated on the true scale of the kitchen remodel project. Ultimately, we chose not to move forward with removing the wall. Because of Mark, we are now able to complete our remodel within our budget and timeline needed to complete it before the holidays. Mark Brooklyn Design has my full endorsement as an outstanding architecture firm. Mark Brooklyn saved the day when he was asked at the last minute to replace the first architect I hired who, after being paid, failed to complete the drawings in order for our contractor to begin the kitchen remodel. In all instances, Mark was incredibly responsive when it came to providing detailed drawings and information to present to the Home Owners Association and city planning department. Mark is very organized, extremely intelligent and has a keen sense for communicating with his clients, contractors and city employees. In my opinion and experience, Mark has the depth of knowledge and quality customer service to lead a project from pre-construction planning thru to completion unlike others in the business.
