Carolyn and Christine are experienced at successfully negotiating projects through the complex codes and government requirements of California cities. They are also experts at helping their clients find the right contractor to build the project and they help keep the project on track to the finish.

Our designs are beautiful and timeless and wonderful to experience from the inside and out and are carefully designed with the surrounding outdoor spaces and the neighborhood in mind. We believe that sunlight, fresh air and nature should be included in every project no matter what size the project.

We are also experts at interiors and will help our clients find the best finish materials for their projects as well as furnishings if needed.

History

Established in 2005.

Carolyn and Christine both have had experience working for large companies designing and managing projects of all sizes. They met over 20 years ago while working as architects for a local university. They became friends and agreed that they would open a business together sometime in the future. They became Lampert Dias Architect’s Inc in 2005 and have designed many beautiful projects since then.

They both live in San Clemente and love being able to work on projects that are in Orange County and San Diego County.

Over the years they have designed projects all over California, and in other countries. They love Southern California and enjoy being able to focus much of their work here.

Christine Lampert and Carolyn Dias have been designing projects in San Clemente as well as the rest of Orange County, San Diego County and all of California including Lake Tahoe, Santa Barbara, LA and San Francisco for many years. They have a beautiful variety of projects and many happy Clients.
