We are a flourful, all butter, extra sugar bakery based in San Clemente. F & Goode Desserts is a business focused on baking with Aloha. In our approach to deliver sweet treats to the world, we also find the message of aloha and love for each other very important. Order something and make your world a little sweeter!

Please note that all of our pies, cakes and multiple serving items are made only to order. Please call 48 hours ahead to place an order as we are not currently supplying the bakery with pies and cakes ready to go. Aloha!

Born and raised in SF, Bay Area. 10 years of professional baking experience and countless years of home baking as a child. I loved watching the CIA Chefs on PBS on Saturday and Sunday mornings when I was a teenager. My favorite sound was listening to the whisks beat against the copper bowls making meringue and whipped cream. I love baking sweets for people to make them smile!

We got our wedding cake made by F & Goode, and we were BEYOND happy with the cake!!! Stefanie is SUCH a pleasure to work with — she is so sweet and she listened very well to everything that we wanted in a cake. The tasting was so fun; she made us cupcakes in the cake/​frosting combos that we wanted to try and made extra so that we could take some home. We decided on a «funfetti» cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. The wedding cake itself turned out BEAUTIFULLY and more importantly was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We were very impressed with the cake, and it also came at a great value. We recommend F & Goode to anyone looking for a baker for their wedding (or other occasion!!) in the OC area.

Ordered a two tier cake for wedding reception and absolutely LOVED it! Stephanie was so easy to work with from tasting to design and EVERYONE raved about how good the cake was. We chose two flavors, the Champagne Chiffon with Cream Cheese Frosting (light airy and sooooo good!) along with the Irish Car Bomb (SOOOO rich and a huge hit with the chocolate lovers). Anytime I’m down in San Clemente, I’m coming back for cupcakes!

Stefanie at F & Goode Desserts prepared the wedding cake for our ceremony and it was great! The cake was delicious and looked exactly as requested. Stefanie first sent us a few options to taste and once we picked the ones we wanted, we sent a few pictures of what the cake should look like. Everything went very smoothly and the price was the lowest in the area. Highly recommended!!!

Simply amazing cakes! Ordered 3, 8″ cakes for a birthday party — Lemon Chiffon, Chocolate, and Red Velvet and all three were a huge hit! The cakes were not only beautiful but also delicious.

Hands down the best bakery in town! My wife bought the cinnamon rolls for Valentine’s Day. Not only were they very large but the frosting is cream cheese based. Nothing short of unique and very tasty.

Stefanie is on her game. She put together a flavor to fit my event «Strawberry Shortcake» making Strawberry Champagne cake with whipped cream strawberry icing and the cupcakes were amazing! Delivery was on time and the cost was very fair. MUCH TO MY DISMAY THERE WAS NOT ONE LEFT!!!

Stephanie made a beautiful vanilla cake for my mom’s 80th birthday and it was the hit of the night. MY BF is not a cake lover (always wants a pie for his b-​day), but proclaimed this cake «the best damn cake i’ve ever eaten.». It wasn’t overly sweet, it was dense and very flavorful, and the frosting was the same (I liked how it too wasn’t tooth-​achingly sweet; light french buttercream). It was a special celebration for our family and my mom really loved the cake as well.
I’ll definitely be back. Ready to try other flavors! Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience with F & Goode Desserts! I ordered a two tiered stout cake with a «bailey’s» buttercream for a baby shower I was hosting. The first thing I have to comment on is how amazing it tasted. It was so yummy and everyone at the party loved the cake. I also loved the way it looked. I emailed Stephanie pictures of what I liked and she created a beautiful simple semi-​naked cake that was perfect on my cake table. On top of that Stephanie was extremely helpful and accommodating during the whole process. I would absolutely recommend her awesome bakery to anyone who is looking for desserts for any occasion. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Stephanie for a delicious cake!

OMG!!! We ordered a chocolate cake for a friends birthday and it was bomb! It was so moist and the frosting was very light. The day after the cake tastes as good if not better than the day we picked it up on. Such a fan of this bakery!
I think this is the tiniest bakery ever but boy does it pack a punch! Their cookies are awesome! I think I have found the most amazing lemon bar ever! The lemon flavors burst in your mouth. The brownie is to die for too. This past visit we got a slice of King cake and our little girl killed it barley leaving anything for me to try. I can’t wait to try the cakes I am sure it will be as amazing as the rest of the treats

This is a newer bakery that took up residence in a space previously occupied by a now defunct bakery in the Historic City Hall/​Jail square off Palizada. My review is strictly about the SMores’s as they are truly something special and everyone I know is tired of me relaying how terrific this treat is.
Here’s the deal: homemade, moist graham crackers dipped in bittersweet dark chocolate ganache, with smooth marshmallow, and topped with delicate toasted coconut. (see picture)
If you like the sound of these ingredients and find yourself in San Clemente, CA DONT MISS THS TREAT. None of the flavors are overpowering and they blend together in a perfect mix that is not too sugary sweet.
I’m not kidding; here’s your Unilocal tip: order two; one for now and one for later. This is type of item you will crave.

Stefanie created a perfect baby shower cake that was beautiful, delicious and a huge hit! The tiers were red velvet and carrot cake and everybody had a slice of each because it was that delicious!
Tip: her macaroons will be the best you’ve ever had!

This is a great new bakery in town, offering a delicious tres leches cake in a cup, cinamon rolls, various pies, cookies and you can’t go wrong with the Irish car bomb cupcakes or the vanilla bean cupcakes that were awarded a ribbon two years in a row at the OC Fair
Prices are affordable and it has a nice feeling to it when you walk into the store

Cupcakes review: So I have been to F & Goode a couple times now. It’s not great. It’s a teeny place with a funny name. The girl baker is indifferent. No service with a smile or anything. Doesn’t make me feel welcome.
Cupcakes are not pricey compared to other places but they are also not tasty. The two times I have come they are dry. Choco frosting is good but I haven’t liked the others. They are regular cupcakes — no filling & small for $ 2.50 a piece.
I eat cupcakes almost everyday but I won’t be back here for them.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
I was in need of an apricot pie last minute while in San Clemente. Stephanie was more than willing to carry out this unique request. She was so pleasant to talk to. I phoned her on a Thursday and on a Sunday I had this beautiful pie in my hands! You could smell the sweetness of the fruit and the crust looked wonderful too. so we rushed back to slice that baby up.
I had never had an apricot pit, but let me tell you after tasting Stephanie’s creation, I now LOVE it! It was so fresh, sweet and a just the right amount of tart… the crust was also so perfect (light, flaky and scrumptious!)
I plan to do much more business with this bakery! Like I said, Amazing! =)

As far as cookies go, ive had my share of awesome ones. Ive never ordered cookies online though. I was a bit skeptical. I placed my order, and a very short while later, a dozen of the most delicious chocolate chip cookies ive ever had show up on my doorstep. Seriously. Great packaging, quick shipping, and absolutely awesome cookies. Worth every penny. I’ll be ordering more soon! I have to try the other varieties!
