Business Owner

Toni DeGasperin is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She graduated with Honors from Ohio State University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Toni received her Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to practice in all courts in California.

Toni is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central, Southern, and Northern Districts and United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is a member of the California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Member of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust and Elder Law Sections, Wealth Counsel and Past President of the Federal Bar Association, Beverly Hills Chapter.

Toni served our country for five years in the Judge Advocate General’s Department, United States Air Force. She is active in her community.
