Therapies include Cranial-​sacral, Neuro-​muscular Trigger-​point, Hot stone, Chakra balancing and Aromatherapy. All Therapies are for Pain relief and Relaxation. History

Established in 2009.

As a Backoffice Medical Assistant I realized not everyone could afford Medical Healthcare. People were looking toward alternative ways to be healthy. Being pro-​active in their lives by eating the right foods, exercising and receiving massages. I saw a shift in how people are taking care of themselves. I knew I wanted to contribute in a way to help people renew and revitalize their Health and Vitality. The techniques I’ve Iearned as a Holistic Health practitioner, I use in my office to help heal, restore and balance the body. They’re the «Key» to a long happy Life. I started this business to help you to achieve these goals.

As the owner of Apure Natural Healing. I completed the Holistic Health Practitioner course in the San Diego area, May 2006. I have over a 1,000+ hours of massage training. Worked at a number of 4 and 5 star Hotel/​Resorts in Southern CA., along with several Day spas and Chiropractic offices. My experience and dedication to helping others is evident with every Treatment shared. I am Nationally and Board Certified by NCBTMB, a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), Holistic Health Practitioners, American Botanical Council and Massage & Bodywork Professionals. I’ve taken the Upledger Institute course for Cranial Sacral I & II treatments. Pregnancy massage with Kate Jordan’s «Massage for the Childbearing years». My Specialties are in Deep Tissue, Cranial-​sacral, Hot stone, Trigger-​point and Aromatherapy treatments. I enjoy Continuing Education and scientific evidence based, discoveries of the Body.
