Decided after 18 years in the industry I was ready to branch out on my own to continue providing great service to amazing clients and friends. To also keep the old school barbering tradition alive.

I have been cutting hair in San Clemente for almost 20 years. I have always had a passion for making people feel great about themselves through the way I do their hair. Traveling the world through being a military spouse gave me the opportunity to work in some wonderful states as well as beautiful countries. I have had great experiences everywhere I traveled and was able to learn so much about styling and cutting hair. I am grateful to share this knowledge with my apprentices and clients. I love what I do and am so happy I have the ability to have my own shop.

I walked in on a Saturday, feeling very hesitant because I have been going to the same guy for years; driving to San Marcos, I just didn’t want to do the drive. I was very pleased with Kristy’s cut and felt right at home. I have very thick curly hair and she used the razor to texture it, which made my cut, «A CUT ABOVE». This shop will soon be very busy.

I’m from Connecticut and am pretty OCD about my hair. So much so that I have been cutting my own hair for the past 5 years because I was sick of coming home and fixing it after getting it cut.
I was in San Clemente for a wedding and didn’t have time before traveling to trim my hair up. So I decided to take a chance with a barber shop around the area. That’s when I stumbled into this place and had absolutely no regrets. For the first time I had my hair cut better than I could have ever imagined.
Kristy was courteous kind and most of all educated on the different types of men’s hair and styles. I’m seriously contemplating flying out here for my hair cuts, lol!

Kristy is AMAZING. My husband gets his hair cut every week here and she does an amazing job! I also get my hair cut my Kristy and she does phenomenal! She is the first person I have let cut my hair other than my stylist in Minnesota for 10+ years and she did not let me down! They also have a card that you get stamped every time you come and your 10th cut is free! Love this place and will definitely continue to be loyal customers :)

Hubby went to this barber shop last night and was very happy he stopped by. The guy who cut his hair was named Ron. Ron was a nice guy and showed us pics of his dogs. OK… now regarding this place they use clippers that is attached is to an air line. What does this mean? Well, it means a few things. First: No hair left on your neck, ears, shirt or face… Second, no hair on the floor… Third, very sanitary… who wants to inhale other people’s hair particles? Essentially, the hair is sucked up into a vacuum which flows to a dumpster in the back.
Great price… great service… sanitary location. Highly recommended.
Note: this location gives complimentary bottled water to the customers.

I used to go to JP’s, further down the street, but when it was purchased and gutted, I found myself coming here.
They are definintly on the nice side of the barbershops in town, offering straight razor shaves, a hair-​wash after your fade, products for gentlemen who touch up after a cut. The ladies who were working there when I started were knowledgable and very friendly, and the wait even on a Sunday morning isn’t a problem.
The really cool thing is that they hired Bud from my previous shop, who now has his own station inside. He is charging his old prices, so if you’re looking for an inexpensive, quick and easy fade Fri-​Sun, you can look for him. Those who are looking for a more premium experience will also have that available.

Kristy who owns this barber shop is one of the best at what she does. The hair style she had given me for an important event was awesome. I’m also very observant when I visit a hair salon. Watching a man getting a straight razor cut and seeing how his skin went from blah to glowing/​smooth was nice to see. I’m sure that gentleman would be turning heads were he was going that evening.

I go every week with out question to here for my haircuts! I trust no one else! And prices are great! They even have a punch card to let you get a free hair cut! They do military cuts and my go there, and she is very picky about her hair, and they gave her a great cut and a color! Im a very happy customer!

This was a great place! from the start I got a warm welcome from the girls. The waiting time was not long at all, and there were many barbers working at once. Didn’t get to check out their game room downstairs, but I did see some people coming out saying there was a pool table and an xbox. The lady that did my hair was great, and very experienced. I got a perfect fade, and a free shampoo! The overall ambiance of the place was very relaxing and fun. Best Barbers I have been to in a while, defiantly would recommend it to anyone.
