Prompt! When a family member recently managed to get self locked out of the house on a Sunday, we needed a mobile locksmith. The first two numbers reached were closed. An ad for«24 hours lockout» service caught my eye. It also claims costs starting at $ 20. Dialing the local Spokane number listed reached a central call operator who took my information to forward on to a local, contracted locksmith. Ron called back in a few minutes and said he would arrive in 35 minutes. He arrived as promised and promptly took care of the lockout. Payment of exact cash is accepted. A debit or credit card adds an additional $ 5.00. I was told a detailed receipt would be emailed but he would be happy to write a paper copy in the meantime if I wanted(I did). Service would’ve earned 5 stars up to this point. As we him-hawed betweem cash or credit payment, Ron became rude and pushy, trying to hurry and leave. There was also an unexpexted, additional $ 20 service for travel time. Minus two stars here. I had to leave an online comment at their corporate headquarters’ customer service email site explaining that the email receipt hadn’t made it into my inbox. I did receive it shortly thereafter. They claim it was originally sent to an incorrect email address. I might use their services again but will be sure to ask for a paper receipt also.
