From our initial meeting with Lina Fava of Sunrise Properties through the entire management of our property, we would rate the service at 5 stars. The process of leasing was painless; Lina found a wonderful family immediately and the documents were prepared and executed without any delay. During her management of our property, she immediately responded to our tenants needs, found great contractors/​vendors when necessary, sent us monthly statements of the cash flow and remitted the rent to us without delay. Her lovely personality just made it all the more enjoyable to interact. We highly recommend Sunrise Properties.

As a tenant Lina and Sunrise properties has been great to work with. As we are renting a high end property, our requirements are quite high. Lina is responsive, reasonable and always works to secure a win-​win for the tenant and landlord. Thus far in our relationship we have been very pleased with our interaction.

We have been a contractor now with Lina Fava for a while now and have to say that working for her has been our pleasure. Shes easy to talk to and communicate with when it comes to our projects that need to be done and have already been completed.
As far as payment goes, we have never had any issues. We receive our payments on time. I would highly recommend her to any persons looking for property, or to be a vendor. Very pleasant to work with.

I must agree. In my limited dealings with Lina, I found her to be rude and unprofessional.

I have no idea what Mike J. is talking about. My experience with Lina Fava seems to be the exact opposite. I wish you could give negative stars and I wish you could hear me yelling this review. My aunt and I came to expect that property managers take care of properties. When we arrived to inspect the quality of the house, we were flabbergasted.
1) Lina was charging $ 135/​monthly for a gardener. When we arrived on-​site, we encountered trees that were too tall and bushy, and ivy that was more than 5 inches in diameter. We expected the trees to be trimmed, and ivy to cut. The front yard looked like a Vietnamese Jungle, but with basketballs, 4 tennis balls, burnt logs, 2 baseballs, a stainless steel dog dish, and more. Those are merely the highlights. We asked neighbors and they had never seen a gardener. We got quotes from other gardeners who only charged $ 80 a month.
2) Secondly, Lina hired extremely unprofessional contractors to do work on the house. We were charged $ 500 to replace a toilet. You would think that for that kind of money, it would be done correctly. You would think wrong. The contractor she hired negligently forgot to put a seal on the toilet, which any plumber will tell you is obvious code. It cost us an extra $ 142 to put the seal on, because «the plumber retired» according to Lina.
3) Concerned about the well-​being of the house, we had it inspected for termites. We were quoted $ 2400 and $ 2500 by Lina. Amazingly, when we went to TerminEx ourselves, they quoted us less than $ 2,000– which included their service and warranty for a year.
4) Later she suggested yard clean-​up. Her idea of yard clean-​up included the removal of one small end table and charged us $ 250. I didn’t think that end table was that heavy. She, also, noted that the price included the removal of a small portable grill. Ironically, we found a grill and two Jack Daniels bottles in the Game Refuge behind the house… What a funny coincidence.
5) Fifth, we had a lock-​box attached to our house. We were under the impression only she had the combination to the box, but for some reason numerous people were making their presence known in the house. Even after the eviction of the previous tenants we were having break-​ins and people using the house. Coincidentally the break-​ins stopped when we changed the lock-​box and code. Go figure.
We are so upset and dismayed. There aren’t enough words to express our dissatisfaction with Lina’s «services».

Over the years I have used several property managment services for properties that I have owned both here and Arizona.
I must say that Lina Fava of Sunrise Properties ranks Number 1 in my book. She is always on top of everything and keeps me up to date either by e mail, phone or text.
I found that my property is extremely well managed with her. The contractors she uses for repairs, etc. are very fair and the quality of their work is superb. Additionally, she got the property rented quickly, with great tenants and the least amount of hassle to me. As a result I can travel on vacation without any worries and know that my investment is well taken care of.
