Pardis A Kelly, DPM

I’ve seen Dr. Pardis only once but she saved my feet! With a thorough examination, she helped me get through bone spurs and plantar fasciitis quickly and with minimal down time. She rocks!

Front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Kelly easily and quickly diagnosed my ankle pain and referred me to a stellar Physical Therapist, as well as recommending some over-​the-​counter shoe inserts. She specifically wanted me to try the less expensive alternative to custom made orthotics first to see if they work. I especially love her in-​house Peace of mind Pedicure. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and cannot cut my own toenails, and have had bad experiences at «nail spas». Dr. Kelly’s is medically run, with no fear of infections due to unsanitary conditions.

Let me state for the record, I am a VERY reluctant « Unilocaler», and this is my first time. Why? Because I’ve owned four of my own restaurants and three nightclubs in the Bay Area and know too well how hard it was to survive as a «Mom and Pop» biz even before the Unilocal critics. Today I was moved to support Pardis Kelly in her business because she gave me the Red Carpet treatment even though I am a «self paying» client w/​o insurance. I was afraid of the high cost, but I’m pretty sure she took it easy on me knowing I’m uninsured.
I’m very happy with her down to earth yet very professional «bedside manner».

Dr. Kelly’s staff is rude and indifferent. They stated loudly and repeatedly that she does HONOR TRICARE WHICH IS INSURANCE FOR U.S. MILITARY VETERANS which is honored by all other doctors.
She is lucky to still be able to practice with this type of negative attitude and staff.

This year I found myself seeing Dr Kelly twice for two separate circumstances. I feel extremely grateful that I took my PT’s advice to go in. She was able to diagnose and treat me each time in one visit. I was pretty distressed about the needles used but she made it pain-​free and was funny, engaging, and honest. As a doctor and a person, I highly recommend her. As a bonus, she is open some Saturdays which is very convenient. Thanks Dr. Kelly and staff.

Over the last two years, Dr. Kelly has treated my teenage daughter for several soccer-​related foot and and ankle injuries. Her examinations are always very thorough and she asks many questions to understand the nature of the injury and how it occurred. So far, every diagnosis that Dr. Kelly has made was spot-​on with the course of treatment leading to a prompt and successful resolution. One thing that makes her stand apart from many other doctors is that she takes the holistic approach to the patient. For example, when she heard my daughter’s history of soccer-​related injuries she asked some probing questions about her nutrition, sleep habits, and recommended vitamin supplements to strengthen the bones, etc. She also took the time to explain the nature of the injuries and to answer all of my daughter’s questions. She also has great follow up and her staff makes every effort to get you an appointment as soon as possible.

Was previously happy with Dr. Kelly’s service, but most recently care is not the same. There was little follow up/​follow through; it was difficult to reach the doctor for advise after several visits; office staff not as friendly and helpful as in the past. Were left to our own resources with some suggestions rather than the doctor seeing the foot problem through. We asked for a bill adjustment due to lack of care, but instead got the threat of sending us to collection.

If I could I would give her NO stars!!! On my appointment I was hoping she would touch my feet, examine them, etc. Instead, she was on her laptop the whole time. Charged me almost 400 $ for a 5 min consultation to tell me what I already knew.

A thank you is never enough for Dr. Kelly and to her team.

She accommodated us on a very very short notice. She is very professional, yet very nice! and her team members are just awesome.

Dr. Kelly has been my Podiatrist for many years and has fixed my ingrown toe nails and helped me rid the fungus that has plagued my big toe for 3 years. I highly recommend her! She is on time too which my busy schedule appreciates!

I really like Dr. Kelly and have been seeing her for over 10 years. However, her current office staff leaves much to be desired. Dr. Kelly ordered an MRI of my foot. However, it’s been 4 weeks now, and I can’t get through to her on the phone to find out the results. Her current receptionist has taken the term «gatekeeper» to a whole new level. She insists on talking about my private medical issues even though I told her I didn’t want to talk with her. She told me, «too bad,» and hung up the phone on my ear! When I tried to ask that Dr. Kelly call me back with my results, «gatekeeper» gave me some more double talk even when I reminded her of my HIPAA rights. There is a major lack of professionalism and too much ego going on with this office staff. Perhaps they think that since I’m a senior citizen, they need not afford me the same courtesy as their other patients. Just because I’m a senior, I deserve better treatment than this. So beware, Seniors, you may have to guard your own dignity and respect. Again, I really like Dr. Kelly, but these office conditions and practices are not acceptable to me – being hung up on the phone and telling me I can’t get the results of my MRI unless I pay another $ 170 is so wrong. You’ve been warned.
P. S. I still do not know the results of my MRI but cannot withstand the degradation by this office so my insurance company just paid a lot of money for nothing.

Great office, staff & Dr. Will be back again. Dr. Pardis A. Kelly is very nice & friendly. She didn’t mind all my questions and answered all of them.

Dr. Kelly is a warm, intelligent and helpful doctor. She made sure that I was satisfied with my laser treatment and told me to call her if I had any concerns. Her staff is very professional and friendly and her office is warm and welcoming. She’s been my family podiatrist for more than ten years!

OMG, this week I was in agony over my feet. Foot, that is. Over the last few months, filing the annoying nails on my L foot was no longer providing relief from the pain caused by nails that were digging into my skin. And my filing had become so aggressive that I’d caused my nails to become severely ingrown.
When I researched Unilocal for a podiatrist, there were a number of good local candidates. I almost went for a doc at one of the big medical offices. But I decided to go with Dr. Kelly. I thought that perhaps by going to a private practitioner I’d avoid being rushed in/​rushed out. I also didn’t want to have a «consulting» appt., then have to schedule another appt. to have the actual work done. And I knew I didn’t need any fancy surgical procedure. I just wanted my foot FIXED.
Long story short, that’s exactly what Dr. Kelly did for me. I went in, her front-​office staff was friendly and efficient, and I was quickly shown to an exam room. Dr. K. came in within one minute. She listened to my sad saga, and proceeded to gently examine my feet. She then went to work on cleaning up my nails. She gently chastised me for my over-​filing, then told me how to let my nails heal and grow out naturally. And that was it! No surgery, no insistence that I come back.
The pain relief was instant. And in the days since, it’s gotten even better as the healing has begun.
She’s great. A real pro. And a compassionate doctor to boot. Boot – ha! I’m so funny.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my time (I unfortunately have a lot of health problems), and I’ve run into a lot of doctors who were callous and/​or inept.
Dr. Kelly is one of the few gems. I was completely delighted to have found her, and I would recommend her in a heart beat.
I went to her for a broken foot, and she was very, very thorough and really, genuinely cared that my foot healed correctly. She even came in on her day off to re-​do my soft cast for me because she didn’t want me to go without.

Dr PArdis is passionate about feet and helping people with their problems. I saw her for pronation and pain caused by an old torn muscle which the pronation was aggravating.

Dr. Kelly has been a wonderful doctor to me and my family. She was the only doctor who figured out my foot pain was due to B12 and B1 deficiencies. I had been complaining for years to my primary. She has a great bedside manner and really cares about her patients. I lost cushion in the bottom of my feet and last year I had an injection to help– Its called Pillows for the feet. Insurance does not pay for this treatment and you need at least two treatments. I was getting to the point even flat shoes were painful. I was pain free after my second treatment and after a few weeks. I fractured my foot three times in a row and she was able to see via the x-​rays that my bone looked thin and turns out after a bone test that she was right that I have thinning of the bone at an early age. Dr. Kelly really knows her stuff and her staff is friendly and warm. I highly recommend her.

Compete waste of 1,100. Did nothing for my toenail fungus. At the beginning it looked like it was working but eventually it failed. When she decided she couldn’t cure the fungus, she told me that I should continue lotion treatment on my own.

Dr. Pardis was wonderful — If you follow her post laser treatment you will have success! I am thrilled to be rid of my toe nail fungus without the use of drugs!
I would highly recommend Dr. Pardis and her staff!!!

Complete waste of $ 750. Toe nail fungus on several toe nails and not one of them was fixed. Be careful of Laser treatment and success rate for it didn’t work at all for me!
