We are third generation accounting and tax services. Joseph Beltran, CPA, initiated the business in 1956, under the name BELTRAN ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES. Carmen Legaspi became manager of the San Francisco office. Ten years later she initiated the San Mateo office LT&A grew prosperous over the years.
