Very simply Laura gets results for her clients! In a recent successful transaction with Laura my well qualified clients were getting frustrated with the time it was taking with a previous realtor — he was good, but just coming up short in each offer situation (sound familiar buyers?). But, they were introduced to Laura and in one week they found a perfect home and were in contract. One week, no exaggeration! *Results can vary :-) — but I’ve been providing mortgages for many years and worked with countless realtors — I’m not impressed that often, but in this case I was amazed with her market knowledge, her connectivity with listing agents, but mostly her results. I highly recommend her.

My wife chose Laura to list her Redwood City home because of Laura’s reputation in our neighborhood for good service and knowledge of the local market. She provided excellent service and did indeed have a thorough understanding of what was happening in and around our neighborhood. We are so glad that we picked Laura to sell our townhouse. Not only did she manage to sell our property in less than 2 weeks over ask price, She is wonderful to work with throughout the process. Laura suggested many practical small updates and staging ideas that really transformed our place into a very attractive property in just 1 week. She made a list of recommended updates that transformed our home! She even executed a complete landscape of our front yard, picking the plants herself from home depot. A friend and realtor referred me to Laura when I decided to sell my home. Laura turned out to be more than your average realtor. She walked me through the process of selling my home with sincerity and skill far beyond anything I ever expected. She provided references for contractors that were well qualified and trustworthy that helped me prepare my home for sale. She created an awareness in the market when my home was listed and provided an extensive marketing skills to give my home wide exposure. My home won Best of Tour and was sold within 2 weeks with multiple offers at and above listing. It didn’t end there, Laura walked me through the close of escrow and continued to follow up even after closing. I would recommend Laura to any friend and feel they would get the best of the best!

Laura also helped me buy my house in a multiple bid situation. And I am also convinced that her reputation and credibility counted a lot in my getting the house as our bid was not very different from the others. This sounds like one of the other reviews but it is a different situation. She also was scrupulous in pointing out all the flaws she saw in the house, just wanted to make sure I was aware of them. The transaction went very smoothly, and she even helped calm me down and made suggestions to help me when I got a case of «buyers remorse» around some of the work that had to be done. We love our house, feel lucky every day to have it, and know that with another realtor, honestly, we may not have been able to get it. Thank you Laura!!!

It’s so difficult to think of a way to communicate in print how amazingly good this woman is at what she does. And how easy and fun she is to work with, too. First time I ever sold a house; had a sad reason for selling; was VERY skeptical about realtors, generally, as in: «What do they REALLY do to earn their money…» But needed one, so we did our homework, held several serious interviews with highly recommended realtors – and my husband and I selected Laura because she was just *no b.s.*, seemed really smart about people and about real estate transactions, was respectful of our concerns, was nothing but direct and honest with us about her concerns, too. This is one of her (many) strengths that I deeply appreciated throughout our process – she is very positive, but has the foresight to anticipate what may go wrong so that she – and her clients – are always prepared with a Plan B. Just a wise, well-​skilled and deeply knowledgeable person. She did an AMAZING job for us. Truly, our house sale could not have ended better – and this in a difficult market! I cannot praise her qualities and sense of ethics and honesty enough. She’s a ‘Just do the right thing’ professional.
