Nick and Jeff are very professional; they won’t fix a problem just for the sake of fixing a problem. They recommended to repair/​replace something and as it turned out, from further troubleshooting, that really wasn’t the case. They saved me some serious $$ and help prevent fixing the wrong problem. These guys were real troopers. They kept getting a bad part and it created other problems — but they hung in and finally found the issue. They didn’t charge me more, the only challenge was not having my car back sooner but they did get it back to me in great shape — on the week end!

I would definitely recommend Jeff’s auto service. I needed to replace my engine and I called around and got very high quotes. I called Jeff’s and he told me he would need to see my car. Well at this point it wasn’t drivable, so he called and got my car towed to his place. The other guys never even asked to see my car they just gave me a quote, so who knows what it really would have cost me. Jeff quoted me a price after looking at my car and he let me know what it needed. He fixed my car and there were no hidden fees. He’s an honest business man and was a pleasure to work with. Definitely five stars.

I will DEFINITELY return to this shop. Jeff and Nick will take great care of your car and you. Plus they are reasonably priced when compared to the other shops and dealers in the area. I’ve recently had brakes replaced/​repaired on two different cats at two different shops. Jeff’s Auto was clearly a better choice.

My Toyota Sienna’s battery was on it’s last legs – unexpectedly of course – and I had tons of stuff to do. I was stuck near Jeff’s Auto Service, saw their sign, and took a chance. Nick waved me in, greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, tested the battery, thoroughly explained the problem, located a new battery at nearby Napa Parts and had it delivered in 10 minutes. I knew I’d come to the right place – such a relief. Intelligent, professional, honest service. The battery was installed and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! Nick told me that he and his cousin Jeff bought the business about 18 months ago, and are making improvements bit by bit. They are both extremely experienced in auto maintenance, have cleaned up the shop, computerized their transactions and record-​keeping, and dream of expanding in the years to come. Spread the word, and get in while you can!

Honest, reliable and affordable. Could you ask for anything more? These guys have a ton of knowledge about cars and don’t try to up sell you. They get the job done in a timely manner and have always been upfront if there were any changes. I’ve been bringing my truck here for a while and it’s never ran better. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I just needed a routine oil change on my Subaru. The guys at Jeff’s were awesome! They were fast and really nice. They didn’t try to talk me into doing more than what my car needed. They’re real honest guys! The car was returned to me clean with no grease or dirt in it. I’ll definitely bring my car back for all its services needs!

the guys at jeff’s are great… professional, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. i take my 2005 subaru outback xt and my wife’s 2004 honda accord there, and they do a great job with both of them. i would recommend jeff’s auto service to anyone!

I was in the Bay Area from Sacramento on a Saturday day trip, pretty late in the afternoon, and my brakes were making a horrible sound. I didn’t feel comfortable driving it al, not to mention 2 hours home, so I called Jeff’s and they helped me get a tow and brought my jeep into their shop. No one was in the shop, so I’m pretty sure they went out of their way to come in to get my brakes fixed. They were very friendly and got my jeep fixed really quickly. I would recommend their service to anyone! They know what they are talking about and don’t mess around. So quick, and so friendly!

My experience with Jeff’s shop was a welcome surprise. The mechanic was very thorough in his explanation of the problem as well as my options for resolution. They finished the job quicker than expected and I was happy to see there were no dirty floormats or grease-​stained door handles. My car now runs GREAT and I will definitely be bringing my cars there for any future issues and regular maintainance.
