Gina Vallee – State Farm Insurance Agent

We’ve been clients of Gina’s for more than a decade and a half. Her service and that of her staff members has never been anything less than effective. Through home purchase, property rental, teenage drivers etc. Gina and her team have always been there for us to provide top-​notch coverage and advice.

Gina is the BEST! We are so pleased with the service we have received from Gina and her staff. We have many insurance policies with State Farm and Gina has done an outstanding job keeping up with our changes. She has years of experience and knowledge of State Farm products. Our home in San Carlos has been insured by State Farm for 35 years, however Gina pointed out that it was actually Under-​Insured which means that we would not have been able to rebuild our entire home, only approx.2/3 of it. That was very important to us, so we increased the coverage and it surprised me at how inexpensive it was to get it insured for the proper amount. Gina also explained my life insurance policies to me. I finally understand the difference between Whole Life and Term Life. I converted one of my life policies and now i feel secure in the knowledge that my son will receive the best
and most benefits when I pass. We also have 3 auto policies with Gina and my son has kept her and her staff busy with his changes. She is always pleasant and cheerful. Michael, Charlotte & Sandra, her staff have been extremely helpful whenever we have a question or concern. I highly recommend this agency. When your auto policy comes up for renewal, why don’t you

My best friend used to be with this insurance agent but Gina has some strange ways of doing business. For one thing Gina would not let my friend renew her insurance over the phone, Gina insisted that she go into the office. My friend is a full time grad student and a full time employee, she does not have time to drive all the way to San Carlos for something that could be done over the phone.
And why did Gina ask my friend to go in person? So this B — - could attempt to sell my friend extra insurance. Yes. Bad form Gina, bad form.
If you look at the filtered reviews for this business you will see that Gina tried to give herself 5 stars for 3 reviews on 9÷20÷2011. Lol. Guess you need that to get customers.

We have only been with Gina a couple of years. We learned how good she was a few months ago when a small accident turned into a big headache. You don’t know how good your agent is until you need them. We needed her and Gina along with her staff delivered. I“m happy to vouch for this agent!
