Established in 2000.

Bayview Villa is a unique assisted living community situated in a serene wooded canyon surrounded by nature yet minutes to downtown San Carlos and Belmont.

Founded by a naturally-​caring couple, Tony and Violet Loncar in July 1, 2000, residents benefit from their more than 30 years of combined expertise and experience as they directly run the day-​to-​day life at Bayview Villa.

Emphasis is placed on a family lifestyle with Bayview Villa being each resident’s home. Although independence is encouraged to promote well-​being, highly-​trained compassionate staff is always there to assist with any need, ²⁴⁄₇.

At Bay View Villa, every effort is made to accommodate any need residents may have. Peace of mind on the part of the family and loved ones knowing that care and supervision is provided in a unique and creative manner.

Violet Loncar, RCFE — President, Chief Executive Officer

Together with her husband Tony, Violet founded Bayview Villa Assisted Living and Dementia Care in July 2000 and has since served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Bayview Villa, Violet owned and operated a 58-​bed assisted living community in Sierra Manor in Chico, CA. She also owned and operated On Broadway in Burlingame, CA, and San Mateo Villa in San Mateo, CA. All in all, Violet has more than 40 years of hands-​on experience in providing care to the elderly.
