I just went in to get a birthday ice cream pie and the woman working there went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my pie and also that it was cold enough to transport home in the 90 degrees heat. Thanks Baskin Robbins for helping to make my birthday special and for your fantastic customer service!

Austin is terrific! We picked up an ice cream pie on a rainy day. Austin went above and beyond to help us slice it so we could eat it in the store. The pie was yummy and his help was greatly appreciated!

Austin is the Awesome!!! Best milkshake creator of our time. Have gone to multiple Baskin Robins and have always paid for extra scoops in my milkshake because it was too milky. Everyone has always responded in a negative tone. My dear Austin just made it and before that was offering me samples of all their holidays flavors. He has a great personality and has fantastic customer service skills. Austin if you read this thanks for making my night!

Honestly I come here maybe every other weekend for a treat. It’s really either hit or miss with the place. There’s a girl who works here usually nights(I can’t remember her name) who always provides great service and friendliness and seems to be a shift leader of some sort. Always a great experience when she is there. However, the owner must of hired some teenagers for the summer, which is great, however some of them have very VERY bad attitudes. Two guys rolled their eyes at customers, and even at me, I told them off, they looked bothered but I mean come on, grow up guys. I honestly think they need to be trained a little better /explained that this job requires insane about of interaction/fast paced /long a*** lines constantly, don’t like it? Don’t work there. Besides that, really great place, very clean, in general, durning the regular year, good employees, that look like they want to be there.

I was soo impressed bc they went above and beyond. They couldn’t do a batman cake bc of licensing issues unless I brought in the cake toppers. I asked them to emphasize the joker that’s my nephews favorite. They listened and I was expecting a plain palette for the figurines but they created a scene and the craftsmanship was great. My mom is a tough critic and she said the cake itself was good :)

I used to be more of a baskin robins guy when I was a kid. I don’t like many of the 31 flavors that they sell. This location is alright every time that I have been in here one guy has always been on the cashier. He is very friendly though. I don’t know if its me or the ice cream tastes hard. Many of the flavors are like this. For me that is a turn off when I am served hard Ice cream. Please find a way for it not to be so hard.

When I need a fix of good, old-fashioned Jamoca Almond Fudge, nobody else compares.

The ice cream is delicious! Definitely 5 stars! The employees are super friendly and really patient. I give them 5 stars(especially the blonde young lady and the older gentleman … they’ve both been there for a long time.) The owners, however are cold, impersonal and kinda rude. I heard she(they) bought the place on Roosevelt … I am sad, I loved those owners!

This place is a blast for kids. We get the hand-packed ice cream, and they are just great about sticking to the weight requirements – I don’t know how they cram so much ice cream into that container. Parking can be an issue – just don’t park behind the Dawg House around the corner. The owner can be pretty nasty.

I haven’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years so I was excited to come here. Dude, I was blown away by the prices… holy crap! So expensive. I’m not hip to ice cream shops or what they charge so maybe this is standard. The worker there was friendly and patient when I was choosing my flavor. The tables needed a good wipe down. Most of them were speckled with drops of ice cream and ice cream cone crumbs. Kind of yucky. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again though… it was nice enough, but for the price I didn’t feel it was worth it.

Came in here looking for«Icing on the cake». As soon as I walked in I was offered a sample of their flavor of the month, I forget the name, but it was the Captain America flavor. I wasn’t thrilled. They didn’t have«Icing on the cake.» I really wasn’t thrilled. The person behind the counter didn’t seem very nice. I left without any ice cream in my tummy. :(

This is the place to get an ice cream cake if you want one. I had called around for a last minute order and this was the only store that could turn around a custom cake in one day. All the other stores were about a three day lead time. The flavors were standard Baskin Robbins but I was very pleased with the service when I placed the order and the quality of the decorating. Their ice cream cake refrigerator is much larger than what I have seen at other stores, so they must do good business in this product to keep such a large pre-made inventory. Now I know first hand why they can do good business here.

I used to live by one closer. why in the world would you close down a BR!!! =( This location is great b/c parking is never a problem and they are open somewhat late! It’s oddly connected to a togo’s, so if you’re hungry AND have a sweet tooth… then this is the place to be! =)

Baskin Robbins, I shake my fist at you! I shake it because you market so well to young children, providing mass-produced ice cream in bright colors that don’t appear anywhere in nature.(Because kids seem to dig this). I shake my fist again, because every time we get after-dinner treats near San Carlos, I vote for Cowabunga Creamery or Harmony Frozen Yogurt, but I always get out-voted in your favor(my wife often says«let’s just get what the kids want»). But the final straw was a few weeks back, when I saw that you were offering soft-serve ice cream, coated with a heavy layer of sprinkles that CHANGECOLOR as you lick them off the cone. What the f*#% is wrong with you people? Does your search for lab-created food enhancement never cease? Next time we vote for treats in San Carlos, I may have to just fib and claim you went out of business. OK, so maybe I won’t lie to my own family; I will probably be back. But I will be sticking to my usual cup of standard, un-enhanced chocolate chip(and I’ll be blocking the soft-serve sign the entire time).

This is a kid-friendly business that happens to be across from one of my favorite Middle Eastern restaurants. This is a fairly typical Baskin Robbins, except not much parking and a little small. The staff is friendly and let me bring in my Med Delite wrap to eat when my son and his buddy were eating their ice cream — nice. I’m just glad it isn’t one of those awful BR /Togo’s combo shops. Those are awful — I don’t want to smell deli meat when I go for ice cream. Thanks to Dave O. for pointing out the nutritional info. Obviously BR is very unhealthy and certain flavors and cones have trans-fats. To be informed, here’s the link for nutritional info for for Baskin Robbins: From Dave O’s BR review info for an ice cream shake(OMG!): Calories 2320 Calories from Fat 1350 Total Fat 150g 231% Saturated Fat 60g 300% :( Trans Fat 2g :( Cholesterol 235mg 78% Sodium 1320mg 55% Total Carbohydrates 204g 68% Dietary Fiber 10g 40% Sugar 183g Protein 56g Yikes! No wonder I gained so much weight when I was pregnant. I loved me some chocolate shakes. My favorite BR flavor is fudge brownie and it is only there occasionally(not sure when — a rotating flavor). It’s probably the worst for you, but there you have it. Everything in moderation.
