Astro Jump of San Mateo County

On time delivery, responsive customer service, courteous. Delivery guy also said they have equipment for snow cones, popcorn, etc! Will definitely use them again! For a 4 hour family party, it was a hit with the 20 kids I needed to keep occupied and out of the house!

Astro Jump was great to work with from my first call, through set up and clean up. We will definitely be using them again.

Astro Jump came through for me at the last minute! I needed a jumpy house for our 50+ person party we had on a Saturday and had failed to reserve one beforehand.
Called Astro Jump on Friday and the owner Tom was able to secure one for me.
He said he wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Sunday morning, which worked great for me because my kids enjoyed it the day after the party for several hours.
The jumpy was clean which is also a huge plus.
A week after our party I received a thank you letter from the owner… nice to know that there are still companies out there that value their customers.

Great folks, great prices! They are punctual. .and know their dtuff! I’ve rented from other companies in the area, they have decent prices.

We rented an inflatable slide for a class party from Astro Jump. Rental process was easy and the slide was great fun for a bunch of rambunctious 8 year olds who’ve outgrown bouncy houses. I shopped around for prices and Astro Jump was the best deal. I would rent from them again.

Just had my son’s 7^th birthday party and booked a bouncy combo from Astro along with chairs and tables. They were on time and set up efficiently. In fact, I think they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The bouncy combo was fantastic, new and clean. Kids played for over 5 hours. I highly recommend their services.

Hired them for my daughters 3^rd birthday party. Showed up on time, set up was quick and friendly. After they came and packed everything up and left, my wife remembered that the kids had left some dolls in the jumpy gym so i called and asked them if they could check for me. They said that the jumpy gym was on its way to another party the next day and when they inflated it that they would check for the dolls.
They called me and texted me with updates and when they inflated and found the dolls, the updated again and then drove them over to drop off at our house. Very nice and took the extra step to make us even bigger fans of an honest company.

Hired these guys again for my daughters birthday party this year. Again awesome! Will be hiring them until she is 40!!! But seriously, they are great, friendly and on it!

If i’m doing it right, planning a party is stressful because I don’t plan «parties» — no, I plan events that are so organized with every detail in place that the execution the day of is easy. By doing it this way, I can have fun during the actual party! This is why invites to events in my home are highly coveted.
Amidst all the planning, I overlooked the Princess jumper my daughter wanted. what is mom to do?!?

I rang a few days before the party. The phone conversation was informative, helpful, professional, and unrushed. The price was close what it was when my girls were young. My goodness that is so nice!
The day of the event the jumper set up representative rang me up. He was in the neighborhood early and wanted to know if he could set up earlier.

He asked where I wanted it. I pointed and voila! He set it up — easy peasy. The jumper was in very good condition, clean, and the air compressor wasn’t as noisy as other jumpers I’ve rented. **see photo I posted**
The jumper was exactly what my daughter wanted. She and our many party guests really enjoyed it for hours!
The jumper was picked up on time and carted away — again, easy peasy.
My beautiful lawn shows no signs of distress when I look at where the jumper was set up.
This was the easiest, stress free component to the fun party. I am so grateful.

I don’t normally do this but we have had such a great experience with Astro Jump that I wanted to post an update. Since my 3 year old’s party in September we have used Astro Jump two more times. Both times they were on time, professional, friendly and the jump houses were clean and fun. The kids loved the 4-​in-​1 jumpy house and had a great time jumping in it ALL DAY LONG at their school. Will definitely use Astro Jump again — very, very happy with the service!

I had a great experience with astro jumps. I called two months before the party to reserve. I was having a party in Golden Gate Park and Astro Jump was totally familiar with the area and what I needed. I received two calls two days before the event confirming my appointment. The guys that set up the bouncy dropped off and picked up the bouncy right on schedule. They were quick and efficient. Kids had an absolutely awesome time in the bouncy house.

Thank You Astro Jump for the great deal for a Castle Jumper, Cotton Candy and Popcorn machine for my son’s 1^st Birthday party!!! Astro Jump came thru for me when I was upset with the flaky service and correspondence with another jumper rental place. In just 4 days, I was able to communicate with someone by phone and then exchange emails with the manager about my order. They fell within my budget for those 3 rental items, they were on time for set-​up. even earlier than our caterers! They set up and even said we did not need to pay until after the party. They threw in an extra hour and even provided popcorn bags :) thank u thank u thank u !! I highly recommend this business:)

I was appointed the jumpy house getter for my nephews birthday a couple weeks ago. I asked around and it seemed like everyone «knew a guy». I had to do my research because I didn’t want to get ripped off! I mean, who knows the going rate for a jumpy house now a days?!
I found this one company (shall remain nameless) on Unilocal and looked through their reviews. They had half 5 stars and half 1 stars. What is that about?! That made me really nervous! So I recalled someone mentioning a company called Astro Jump.
I found this company and gave them a call. They had the jump house I wanted available and the them I wanted. He took down my name, phone number, address, and time. That was it! I was a little nervous because there’s no confirmation email or down payment. Maybe I have trust issues with companies haha!
I scheduled for them to come at 12:30 and pick up at 5 pm. I felt a lot better the Thursday before the party because they called to confirm.
Party day came and they arrived on time! Woot! He set up the house and said to just pay when they pick up. He had another party near by that he was picking up from at 7PM, so he said he’ll be by then if we were okay with that. Of course we were! Two extra hours of tiring the kids out!
This company is completely reliable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was the around the same range as other companies ($ 100 for 4 hours) and they don’t charge set up or delivery fees. Just the flat rate.
UPDATE: To add to their awesomeness, they even mailed (that’s right. snail mail which makes it even more special) me a thank you letter and included a magnet. That’s great customer service!

Tom Bour was the event specialist and he responded to me about the jumper immediately and was calling me back from time to time to update me about the status of the brand new princess carriage jumper. Albert and Carol were the couple to setup and tear down the jumpy they were so great i couldn’t asked for a better manager and crew than them. Thank you Astro Jump for making my 5 year have a terrific birthday.

Oddly enough I had two parties to throw one week from another and had the chance to hire from two different jump places so there is definitely some comparison going on.
The first place that I picked was from San Carlos and they were great! The jumper arrived on time and was set up in no time. Not to mentioned how clean the jumper looked and how well maintained it was.
As for Astro, HUGE disappointment! The guy showed up 10 minutes prior to my picnic, but he took over 25 minutes to get the jumper set up. The jumper was old and dirty and lots of leaves left behind from another rental. Unacceptable given that the jumper was there for kids’s enjoyment.
Hire them and load up on sanitizers… Then I’d assume you and your quests will be safe!

It seemed as though Astro Jump was going to be all of my jumpy dreams– except for the fact thy showed up an hour and 40 minutes late. The jumpy was the highlight of the party as far as entertainment. As parents know the day of a party is stressful, the last thing you want is the jumpy to be late!

Astro Jumps have been a vendor of ours for two years now for our company BBQ. They are by far the most competitive in terms of price in the bay area, have a great selection and are very professional. They deliver on time and pick up on time. When making enquiries they are very pro-​active to get back to you and create the necessary paperwork. On top of that they are approved vendors with the Parks and Rec in San Francisco so we always know that it will be easy to work with them and Parks n Rec together.

We used Astro Jump and rented their train jumpy house for our 3 year old son’s bday party. The reviews on Unilocal pointed me to them as well as doing a quick google search — i’m new to this whole kid’s bday party thing and really didn’t know what to expect. Tom at Astro Jump helped me via phone and he was awesome. Very efficient and friendly with a good sense of humor. They arrived on time and got the jumpy house up in no time. The gentleman that came to set up was fabulous. He was also on time for pick up. I would highly suggest hiring Astro Jump for all of your jumpy house needs. I will absolutely be using them again — it was a HUGE hit with all of the kids aged 1−½ to 8 years of age and Astro Jump just made things so easy.

I needed a jumpy house for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday. Living in the City, we don’t have a yard, but we do have a deck on top of our garage. Astro Jump has a smaller jumpy house that fit perfectly.
They said they would deliver it at 10:00, and they were there at 10:00 sharp. The pick up was equally punctual.
The guys lugged it up the stairs to the deck, set it up and at the end of the day, broke it down, all in a matter of minutes. But most importantly, my daughter and her friends had a great time.
