My training focuses on improving your ability to move your body efficiently, which requires balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina. My mission is to motivate and empower individuals to take ownership of and achieve their health and fitness goals, so they can maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Helping people live longer higher quality lives is what training is about for me. It takes less than a month to change a habit, take that first step.

I was always interested in lifting weights and I was very afraid I would look stupid, hurt myself or someone near me. While enlisted in the Air Force I met my first personal trainer, I learned how to use the equipment, how to shape a workout targeting different muscle groups and increase my endurance doing supersets. What has followed is a life long commitment and love of exercise. I enjoying doing triathlons, Obstacle Races, 10K’s, Trail running, and to round it all out and keep me injury free the most important element, weightlifting
