Truly Massage

I have been seeing Sarah every few weeks for the past several months for chronic pain from my work. I’ve also had a few other sports-​related injuries along the way. My massage of choice is deep tissue and Sarah does not disappoint.
If you’re looking for a spa getaway, this may not the best fit for you. But if you are looking for serious body work, Sarah has great technique, abundant knowledge, and a great welcoming personality. She has also given me great suggestions for stretches I can do between massages to help loosen my tightest muscles. I am really grateful for having found someone whose skills are such a good match for my needs.

This is my second visit to Truly Massage and it was even better than the first time.
I pick up a few aches and strains from playing soccer and volleyball, and my first point of call to ‘fix’ me is always with Eileen.
Eilieen knows her job and every muscle and ligament in the human body, after a visit to Truly Massage I’m back to being 100% and ready for action.
I would highly recommend Truly Massage and Eileen !

First time getting a massage here. Sarah was my massage therapist and she was awesome! Her technique was great and was sensitive to all my tight spots. Will definitely return.

Love this place. I’ve went twice and I had Eileen as my masseuse. She is very nice and friendly. She’s good at focusing on the key sore areas and applying just the right amount of pressure. While on my back the massage is normally quiet and peaceful, then once I’m turned over she usually carries a nice conversation. I like this because it’s less weird seeing that I can see her at this point. Overall great massage and customer service!

It was my first time having a massage at Truly and Eileen was ABOVE and BEYOND excellent!
I often have a very tight upper body, shoulders, and neck due to my job and was in need of a massage. Eileen did a thorough consult to find out which areas felt sore and my regular exercise routine. The massage was relaxing and all the problem spots were addressed with the right amount of pressure. Came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Plus she recommended some stretches that I could try to reduce the tightness. Clean/​comfortable rooms, personable/​attentive therapist, and overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Truly Massage!

My husband treated me to an early Mother’s Day present. He booked me a two-​hour massage with Sarah. This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! She found all my tight spots and then some. I suffer from sciatica and it’s not easy to find someone who knows how to massage it. I am walking away so much happier and relaxed. I can’t remember the last time I had such a great massage. I loved that she kept asking me how the pressure was. Sarah, if you’re reading this, thank you so much again for making me feel better. And also for the great tips on how to better manage my pain.

I have been going to Truly Massage for the last 3 years and can honestly say I haven’t been able to find another place that gets rid of the aches and pains better! Everything written about Eileen in the other Unilocal reviews is absolutely spot on. Recently, I had the opportunity to have Sarah work on me. I went in with pain in my neck, lower back, and legs. Sarah was able to target each problem area and, 90 minutes later, it was all gone! What I liked best is that fact that Sarah was able to pick up quickly on how much pressure caused discomfort, and so she would gradually work into the muscles to get the knots out rather than going full steam ahead and making me jump, cringe, scream, tap out, etc. :-)
Bottom line is, whether it’s Eileen or Sarah that works on you, you’re going to get one of the best massages money can buy. They are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Truly Massage is TRULY the best!

Best customer service ever! I purchased a gift certificate for my husband for valentines on the night before, after 7pm, and Eileen came to drop off the certificate herself the next day (ON Valentines). I did not expect anything of the sort! My husband loves getting massages and it has been tough finding the right place for him, until now.

Aileen knows what she’s doing. I like that she spent some time with me to find out more about my health issues, why I came for a massage, etc. she took time to explain things. Very friendly, professional, like able, and very good at what she does. I will definitely go back. I strongly recommended her to my friends who have been looking for a good masseuse that they can trust. Her clinic is clean & her rates are quite reasonable.

Eileen does it again! I feel amazing! She made me feel human again even after all the crap I had going on. I’m leaving this review because this time, she used her aromatherapy on me and soothed my muscles with lemongrass, peppermint and the blue-​something. Ask her to do this on you too! :)

I try to go here whenever I can. She is really good at what she does and is truly a master of her craft. I’m one of those people who love deep tissue massages. She is one strong woman! She was able to dig deep and get those pesky knots out without hurting me! I just wanted to pass out on her table because it felt great!

My new go-​to spot for a no-​frills, affordable therapeutic massage. I’ve been treating myself to weekly for 30-​minute massages to get rid of the knots and tension in my neck and shoulders, and finally am feeling some relief. Love this place!

Truly Massage is truly fabulous! Eileen has strong hands and a keen sense of where to find knots and work them out. I highly recommend her.

THE BEST!!!
Eileen is incredible. I told her recently that I was doing more biking and running and she did a complete work-​over on my legs and calves. Two days later on my first bike ride after the massage, I was able to ride longer and at higher elevations in the fastest time yet. If you need someone who can turn on the deep pressure, she can accomodate that VERY EASILY! She’s great and she even has real classical music playing instead of «Holistic Spa Sounds». Thumbs way up and highly recommended!!!

Eileen has magical fingers! I use to get tension headaches all the time and even though I’ve only seen her a couple of times I don’t get them anymore. I still have a bit of tension in my shoulders but not as bad as before I saw her. I will continue to see her until I move to Vegas… thanks Eileen =)

Eileen is an amazing and message theropist. I have been seeing her over the last several years and she has helped me so much with the tight and painful shoulders I have from carrying heavy school books. She even helped me with my constant stiff and cramping calves. Let’s just say that when I saw her I was a total mess and when she was done with me, I felt like I was standing taller and looser.
Eileen took the time to work out all of the knots that had and even knots that I didn’t even know were there. The level of service is always a great and friendly experience.
I will be coming back to Truly Massage for my next massage.

First, I have to say, having someone at actually understands and speaks English is already a plus.
Eileen was very professional, and found all my tight points without me having to tell her. Usually I have to ask the therapist to press harder, but in this case, I had to ask her to ease off… strong strong hands. Also, unlike other places I’ve gone to, she does not do the typical back to shoulders to to arms to legs type of massage. She will find all your tight spots and work them until released.
As for the price, for that type of attention to detail, it cost the same as Massage Envy, which disappointed me on many occasions. This place is heaven. Once you see what she can do for you, there’s no where else you’ll want to go!

Eileen’s massages are magical. I wish I could take her hands and clone them to a size 3 times my body size and make a cave with them so i could nestle inside.

Eileen is a massage pro. She knew how to get out the knots that I complained about and even worked on areas I didn’t realize were stiff. She can do firm pressure as well. This girl is strong! When I see her, I know that she’ll take care of me and I’ll feel better, more relaxed after.

I was having lower back and was recommended via word of mouth to try Truly Massage. I called the number and spoke with Eileen who runs Truly Massage. Eileen was very professional and gave me plenty of appointment options. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Truly Massage is very easy to find and closely located to the Shops at Tanforan. There is plenty of free parking so I did not have to stress out about find a place to park or arriving at a very ridiculous time. Before starting my massage, Eileen asked me what areas of my body I was having issues with. She also asked if I conducted any recent activities and I mentioned that I had just played a round of golf a week earlier. The massage lasted an hour long and after I felt very loose. My back felt much better. Eileen provided me with a bottle of water and told me to drink plenty of water that day. I’ve had massages at various places and I have to say that at Truly Massage Eileen did not rush me through the process and I felt like she was really interested in my health. I would not hesitate to book another appointment with Eileen at Truly Massage.
