Do not use these liars!
They didn’t want to tow my motorcycle 60 miles in traffic, so the driver told aaa I had the wrong plates on my bike. STAY AWAY!!!

I’ve broken down many times in my life and I have to say These guys are awesome.
They were super friendly, informative, gave me accurate estimates and handled things very quickly to get me back up and running again. Great tow services and great people.

Asked to get a tow and a guy named Tim was a complete douche. He Told me to call back when I needed a real emergency, as if chillin on the side of a freeway wasn’t an emergency. Nothing more humbling than asking for help and having someone not only reject the assistance they advertise but hang up on you

Since my review for this company was deemed «not recommended» I am doing it again. This company does not deserve the business you have to offer and are not reliable help when left stranded. Their customer service is horrible. Like I stated in my first review, they left my boyfriend and I waiting for a little over 2 hours at a gas station after he had called multiple times to get help after being locked out of his car and was told 3 times that someone was 15 minutes away but those people never showed. Once someone did show up, they wanted to charge over $ 200 for coming out to unlock the car. My boyfriend was then given attitude for being shocked at the outrageous amount. Maybe if they treated their customers with some decency, they would be more willing to pay your prices.
I have never done a Unilocal review before because i never felt the need to until we dealt with this company. There are much more reliable towing companies who deserve your business over this one.

My Daughter broke down on 101 S in SF at rush hour. She called AAA. Within 20 minutes, SBAT showed up. Loaded up her Lexus and drove her to Saratoga. Lester was incredibly polite and treated her wondefully during the drive down to Saratoga during the busy rush hour. Thanks SBAC, thanks Lester, and thanks AAA Platinum service. AAA rocks.
