nice older gentleman helped us but no return policy on unused chains. unnnnuuuuuseeeed, braaaand new stiiilllll in the damn sealed box. who are you kidding. you just lost my business. dumb. ill be sure to tell everyone to avoid your stores! ps all over fb too! ha!

We needed a Kubota diesel tractor thermostat. Certainly not a common thing for an auto parts store. Well guess what: They looked it up in interchange manuals, searched their inventory, and found exactly the right part. A1. Napa is our parts store from now on.

These guys know their stuff and they really care about helping find the best solutions; I’ve never been dissapointed. Raj is the owner and always makes me feel at home at this store. His son is Sunny and has helped me figure out more than a couple jams I’ve found myself. Pricing is good, inventory is good. Recommend.

Napa auto parts is a good company, most store employees are very helpful and they have a good return policy. This store is a serious exception to this rule. Like Jay P, I found the employees to be less than helpful at this location. The manager was surly and uncooperative from the moment we walked into the store, even rude. We explained before we ever purchased anything that the part might not fit and might need to be returned, they assured us it would not be a problem. Later, when we had to deal with returns, they were first unwilling to try to find our sales order in the computer, and then simply refused to take back the *new in box* parts even with the receipt, because they were electrical in nature. The Napa I usually go to has no such restriction. When compared to my usual Napa store in Santa Rosa which has excellent service, the quality was terrible.
I would rather drive an hour to find a part than go to this location ever again.

I’ve been here a few times. A couple of the guys are really knowledgable and friendly. I found parts for a welder here to my surprise. and they were able to have it to me in a reasonable time.

There are times when you just need a «kragen» part, or a «pep-​boys» part and then there are times you NEED a non-​standard part, like some brake line «reducers/​brass-​bushings» and some flaring tool options etc. Then you will be happy this particular NAPA is here. I live one block from Daly City’s Kragen at Skyline and Westmoor but in my recent brake upgrade on an old chevy truck, I needed «old school» stuff — they had it!
I have a NAPA right by my house in Daly City on Mission but they seem to have castrated that store in terms of parts and service for when I went there first with my twin line master cylinder in need of bushings for both ¼″ and 3/​16″ tubes — I was outta luck
