Hop-N-Play Indoor Playground

This place is simply amazing Alma and Kyla are 2 of the most loving and caring people I have ever met. Me and my fiancé enjoyed how they helped us out our son had a blast and they were constantly cleaning down the rides with disinfectent I loved how clean and tidy everything was the kids there looked like they were having such a fun time I RECOMMEND this play for every parent that wants to have there child or children let off some steam and run around this place gets 6STARS IF I COULD RATE IT lol

Awesome place to bring your young kids to! I feel my younger ones can play safely here because its padded everywhere, and they enforce the rule of height limit. Certainly a fun place for the little ones.

Great place to host a party! I was pleasantly surprised at how much they decorated the room for my daughter’s birthday party. I bought decorations and ended up returning them next door at Target as it was not needed. Booking was easy, set up was flexible as we were allowed to come the day before, close to Target if you need anything, helpful staff, and the kids get to play after the room reservation is over. Right outside Hop n Play, another play area and rides that the kids enjoyed.

Celebrated my son’s 1^st birthday here! the kids had fun! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I won’t recommend you to bring your kids here. Random people and kids search through my bags. Employees don’t care and they won’t look through the security cameras. Feel unsafe!

They should train those girls how to treat the kids! Is a Beautiful place for children but 1 of those mean Girls turned off the ballons area & not allowing my kid to play in there but she turned back for other Children WTF!!! We pay for Our Children to enjoy all the areas

Okay so I guess this review can be viewed as kind of snobby but here it goes:
Came here after experiencing a rainy San Francisco day and needed a place to take our toddler to burn off some energy.
First off, it’s inside a mall which is super crowded ESP on weekends so be prepared to drive in circles for parking space. Secondly, it’s inside a mall. I guess for me, that’s enough to never come back. And it’s not even a nice mall… It feels like a mall from the 90s and feels very suburban (which it is-​in San Bruno)
Okay to the actual place: there was a 15 minute wait to get in, not to mention just a line to get in the door in the first place.
–crazy crowded and just that awful, wayyy too bright, bright colors but oddly, in a really depressing way kind of feel. Didn’t stay long and couldn’t wait to get out!
The only reason to give this place 2 stars and not just 1 is that it’s pretty cheap $ 10 for the entire day
Even with the price, will never come back

The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The 2 hours that we were there, I saw staff cleaning the vacuuming the place. It gets very crowded on the weekends but it’s still a good place to bring kids to. I love it that it’s inside the mall and there’s a food court that you can go to after the play. Wish they have wi-​fi for the parents though.

Love this place! I have a 17 months old baby girl and it always makes her day to play with the balloons at Hop’n Play. The place is not very big but it is safe and very fun. The staff works really hard to keep it clean and organized.

Winnie and Ivan L, we all know you put fake reviews for your dirty, disgusting place, you should be ashamed of yourselves, there is no way anybody in their right mind would give this place a 5 star review. Staff is rude and Lazy. Ivan L if you are the owner or manager, I see why your staff acts the same way as you, as you defend the actions of your incompetent, Lazy staff.
Horrible place, took my 4 year old who is on the Austistic spectrum, and the staff was rude and disrespectful towards him, especially Alma. My boy loves balloons, and they would not let him keep a balloon while playing around, Alma without regards or respect kept taking the balloon out of his hands by force and threatened to call security, on a four year old on the autistic spectrum who is playing with a balloon, I thought that was amusing. I told Alma and the rest of the staff who were harassing him he is on the spectrum, he just wanted to play with the balloon and they did not care. Secondly the place is small, and they try to crowd as many people as possible. Your kid will be better off, playing on the play structure directly outside, save your money, do not come here!!!

My sister and her family surprised us. We wanted to make sure kids are tired so they can have a good nap.
Decided to go to Hop-​n-​play. $ 10 for admission and $ 9 for additional kid.
Lots of stuff to do and place is clean. I saw one of the staff clean the play area.

I’m appalled at your review. The staff at HopNPlay are amazing and care about all the kids that visit. Unfortunately there are some parents who don’t watch their kids or discipline them when needed. As I observed your interactions with your son, it was amusing as he would bring you the balloons and you would tie them together and give it back to him to play with. You did that a few times! Also when one of the staff members talk to your son to put the balloons back, you would stand and watch from afar with your arms crossed with a smirk on your face! Once again you did this a few times! Why didn’t you take the initiative to correct your son and take away the balloons yourself? This rule for the balloons to stay in a certain area is for the safety of all the kids. You might consider being more attentive to your son who is on the Autistic Spectrum and not just sit in the corner waiting for other people to correct him! I’ve been coming to HopNPlay for years and we love it here!

Nice venue for birthday parties! My daughter had her 6^th birthday party here last weekend. Everyone had a wonderful time! Great service!

Nice place for my kids party. Kids all love it. One drawback is that it is hard to get the kids to go home. :) Guess they really enjoy it. Even better with a on site rest room now.

Today we finally had a chance to take my step grandson to try out Hop n Play. We found them online while searching for a birthday party venue but it is a bit too far for us and our friends.
It is pretty crowded for a weekday but it is the winter break and it is raining. I have to say it is a very unique playground, most of their equipment move like the amusement rides. My step grandson had a blast and this small playground burn off all his energy. He also made some friends while we were there.
Overall the place seems very clean, I saw the staffs cleaning and vacuuming all the time. I think $ 10 for the entire day is a pretty good deal as you can go in and out.
The one small problem is that you are not allowed to eat in the store. I have mixed feeling for that. It is hard to say no to the small kiddos when they want to eat, you have to take them out of the store to feed them or you can use a small table near the front desk. I understand they want to keep their place clean. I do realize small kids can make a big mess very easily. I still give them a five star because i don’t really think it is a negative thing.
I hope they open one in the east bay.

Wow, can’t believe there is a perfect place to entertain a young toddler!!! Hop n play is a well thought out place for kids to bounce and have fun, even for your ones like 18 month olds. For $ 10 you get a whole day of access, with in and out privileges. Who could ask for more? It is in a mall so you can go in and out to shop, eat and play. I also like that it has the mall hours, and doesn’t close down for private events like many other places on the weekends. The place is clean (I actually see them vacuuming even with all the kids around) and full of fun. The balloon room is especially enchanting even for me. I couldn’t get my kid to leave. Will have to come back again!

This place is wonderful for kids. Super clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. We just celebrated my sons 2^nd birthday, I would definitely celebrate future b/​days here. Ivan, was great and made sure my party was going good and that all the kids were having a great time. The place is clean, my party room was ready well organized. I have NO complaints about this place. My sons experience here is always amazing. Don’t hesitate and stop by your kids will love it too

Before visiting San Fran, I researched indoor playgrounds for my busy 10 month old. I was happy to find this one, as it looked fun, and was free and safe for my crawling baby. Although it was quite a way from where we were staying, it was well worth the trip! I love that the entire room is padded, therefore safe in (almost) every way. It’s also just altogether different than most indoor playgrounds we have been to. A nice change from the standard playground equipment, blow up houses, and toys. Great job, and thanks!
