Laughing at Scuba’s review on being okay to get spam email. That is why it is called spam; people don’t want it and never gave out their email address to begin with. As a business if you do this, you risk people writing bad reviews.
I am not even an employer; so to even send to me shows they don’t have a clue as to who they’re emailing to.

I was really surprised to see no real reviews of helping u hire. I’ve worked with them for years and think they’re terrific. I’ve used them both for the resume mining service, which is really cheap, like $ 695, where they send me resumes that are posted by candidates online, and then i have to do all the calling and interviewing. It’s so cheap, even cheaper than one job posting, and i get access to all of the expensive job boards, plus they do the screening. but if I don’t have time to contact the candidates, I end up wasting my money. I think that’s what that reviewer was talking about down below. But it’s not their fault if I don’t do my part… so that’s why i love their hourly service, where we pay them hourly and they do all the work. Anyway, I’m not sure what all the fuss is about the spam. I get email marketing pieces all of the time, and some I actually end up calling on. THEY’RE A BUSINESS FOR GODS SAKE!!! give them a break.

I got spam advertising them. Don’t ever do business with spammers.

They claim that they have qualified applicants in any specific field. What they send you is a list of anyone who has ever looked for a job. We would follow up with applicants who hadn’t been in the job market for over a year. Some were even annoyed that we were calling. I expressed my concern after the 1^st week and was told I should be getting better prospects in the weeks to come. Not only did I receive more of the same… I recieved some of the same applicants!!! My calls and emails to Kari Gould (Sr. Vice President) and Tracy Sinclair (President/​CEO) went unanswered. Instead I received this email:
Hi John ‚
Unfortunately navigating the interview process has become difficult for most of our clients. As such, after July 1^st we will NO longer offer our basic RESUME MINING solution for $ 795. In its place, we are now including client interaction and candidate interviewing to make a full service hiring solution for a flat fee. If you have a bulk package currently, or have searches running, no worries. All searches will be honored and serviced as agreed.
NB: Any NEW orders for the RESUME MINING services must be in by June 30 so that we may avail staff accordingly.
