Ask for Joe, he does great work. Hard to trust anyone else to do it. He’s the guy that will fix all issues and get it done in a timely matter. They do great work here.

Went to buy a shirt here… was told 20 minutes… said I’ll be back in the morning, what time are you open? Stated 9:30−5, said great I’ll be there in the morning… well they were not open at 9:30…waited 20 minutes for them to finally open and then was told it still needed to be pressed, 15 more minutes… BS, run your business like a business… should have been ready in the morning when I returned, not having to wait… NOT good customer service for sure, will NOT be back…

They did not do the design I specified, the result looked cheap. They acknowledged my specifications, then did not do it. It was stained and the pictures where widen. You can tell it was done in a hurry. A disappointment.

I’ve had several shirts made here, and there has always been a mistake on my orders with the exception of one. I kept going back because there is a lack of custom shirt stores in the bay area and this store is in a good accessible location. but after what the so called owner pulled a couple weeks back, I am definitely not returning. My wife ordered two shirts, identical, for an event, and gave the guy 48 hours to complete. simple request. when she went to pick up her order, the owner told her, sorry they are not done yet and that the image was blurry. When she asked why she didn’t receive a call to explain this or ask for a better image, his response was «we don’t call customers, they call us». Excuse me? and this is the OWNER. Unbelievable. Store wasn’t even empty, he said this in front of customers. No apologies, no offer to immediately make the shirts right then and there at no cost, nothing. So definitely take your business elsewhere if you want your orders done right and actually DONE.

I have been customer for this place since they opened in tanforan mall, joe is a smart guy and a real design artist, I really appreciate his works, indeed sometimes he needs time to get your order done, as long as you’re looking for a good costume shirt, sticker, whatever is the design let him take his time to give you the satisfactory result, never had any bad experience with joe or his workers or the t shirts or car stickers I ‘ve been done there, this place is recommended for anybody looking to customize a t-​shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs and plates, beanie hats, and car stickers, and other printing products as banners, keep up the great business joe, you’re the best bro

Coworkers dropped the ball on getting our shirts made for breast cancer awareness. I called at 8:45PM & asked when is the earliest I could get shirts made. I guess he heard my desperation lol he told me come in & stayed past close to make my shirts so I could have them for work the next morning. AMAZING LIFE SAVER

Joe was amazing! He was very nice to me and my friends! The store was very busy and he was on his own. But, I had a lot of questions and he was well versed and knowledgable on what he was doing. He even helped me cut a muscle tee for my boyfriend.
The best part was they offered a lot of different fonts and prints! They have holographic rainbow!!! Ask for joe he did an amazing job on all of my shirts. I’ll define you be back.

If I could give a negative star or 0 star I would!!! So the worker and I went over the logo and colors so I left confidently and asked my cousin to pick up the shirt for me. Mind you I’ve had hoodies and shirts done here before, and omg if you know the logo does not look like the one on your board why won’t you fix it!!! My cousin just handed me the shirt and it totally does not look like my hoodie they made for me on the shirt! The red looks black or dark burgundy!!! I feel like I got played! I’m sticking to SERRAMONTE for now on!!!

Horrible Experience! I never really give bad reviews on places, but I guess there is a first time for everything. I went in early last week to get some tshirts made for a cancer walk I am attending with my family. i checked the Unilocal reviews prior and saw some negatives but should have taken heed! I requested 3 womens tank tops and 3 men tshirts to be done with logo in front and wording in back. Ahmed was the guy I was working with. I didn’t care for their tanks so I walked over to Old Navy to buy more stretchable kind, that was not a problem for them. They want all their payments up front, which is ridiculous because trying to get your money back or any sort of reimbursement is like putting yourself in front of a judge. They said the shirts would be done next day, I went in the following day and the tank tops were done but a word was misspelled! I even wrote it down on paper prior and believe me I can spell. Apology received, they said they would correct it, I waited for him to fix it. I could still see the marks where it had been pealed off, I said NO I don’t like that. I will need to buy 3 more tanks and you can reimburse me for them and re-​do. That was fine. I wasn’t about to wait again so he said come back tomorrow. I was busy so went back 2 days later. The tshirts were still not done and the tanks were not complete. No logo on the front and wording was on the bottom butt part of the tank top when they were supposed to be in the middle of the back. WHAT??? By this time my blood pressure was up. Ahmed was not there and I was dealing with some other guy this time and him seeing how upset I was getting was apologetically RUDE. Like I had no reason to be pissed off. I should have demanded my money back and just left but I guess I am a glutton for punishment. 3^rd time went back to Old Navy, picked up 3 more tanks, reimbursed again. Mind you, by this time I had purchased 9 OLD Navy tank tops! He took the tanks and said ok what color was on the back again? The messed up shirts were right in front of him and he had to ask, anyway I said the Teal color, he said Oh sorry were are out of the teal. I said of course you are out, you used it all up making mistakes on my shirts! SO I had to pick another color. NOT happy. He promised me they will be done right and ready in 2 hours. Finally the 3^rd time they were done right. 3 words to sum up the customer service in this business INCOMPETENT. INCOMPETENT. INCOMPETENT. Won’t ever be returning there.

If I could I’d rate my experience with 0 stars absolutely horrible! As I walked into the store I wasn’t acknowledged at all by this bald headed employee, I looked around the store to give the man time to say he’ll be right with us and still nothing at all. There was couches for customers to sit on so we decided to wait and give the man some time to deal with a customer before us. Waited at least 45mins in that store not once was acknowledged. A few other customers came in after and they were served before me. Suddenly decided the wait time and his professionalism was not worth my business. Btw, I came in today to have a set of 10 team jerseys made, so I’m definitely taking them somewhere else to have done.
0 stars, poor service!

Wow. If I could give negative stars I would. The owner is rude and incompetent. I came in Friday with a sweater I bought from fresh apparel and my son showed him a shirt he had made there last year and we asked him to do the same to the sweater.
He said he would call me by noon on Sunday. I called at 2 on Sunday and he said sorry it is not done so I went in there and he proceeded to tell me he is too busy and it would take a couple hours to work on the design… Didn’t he have 48 hours to work on it? By then he was being completely rude acting like it was a bother. Not sure how he ha a shop at all.
He is a joke and reading the previous reviews it is obviously my fault for even wasting my time. Sorry to my husband– it was a Father’s Day present

Omg the guy managed to screw up my 2 sweatshirts I brought in.
I needed a name and a number on each hoodie printed. I wrote it in a piece of paper.
It seemed so simple and he totally f’d it up!
He knew he had screwed it up and tried to fix it before I came back and gave me $ 20 back. But the damage is done.
Worse than that tho is, that I spent almost 100 $ on the 2 hoodies and they’re basically ruined (they were supposed to be presents)
I feel heart broken… seriously.

Joe is awesome and extremely patient! I was in, a couple of weeks ago to get some custom shirts however, I had no idea of how to go about putting all of my ideas on to a t-​shirt! But Joe helped me through everything and I ended up ordering more shirts than I had originally come in for b/​c I liked the design so much!
He made my first basketball game so much more memorable for my cousins and I, with our amazing, one of a kind t-​shirts!
I also place all business related orders through him as well! The job is always done on time and entails exactly what I need!

A bit over priced. Our shirts were misspelled and it took forever for them to be fixed. We had to physically go in and wait there to make sure he did them. The owner is nice but when I wanted something fixed to how I originally wanted it, he tried to convince me that his way was better. I could tell he just didn’t want to redo the whole shirt over again. Ended up walking away with a shirt that wasn’t what I really wanted. He did keep telling me that he would be giving me a deal on my next shirt purchase but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Came in at 1100 on a Saturday –
Asked for/​Showed a design, said it’d be done in 30mins. Didn’t have 5XL, so I was recommended to Fresh apparel. Spent $ 8, fine. No big.
I go back, Gentleman1 now says one hour. Fine. I come back, Gentleman1 says «I apologize, it hasn’t been worked on yet. Give me a couple more hours, I will call you.» Takes down my Name & number only on a notepad that had way too many scribbles and scratches.
By 1830 (YES, 1830 [6:30PM]), I received a call saying shirt is done. I go to pick it up, another gentleman, Gentleman2, now wants to charge me $ 47. After I questioned/​told him I was quoted $ 35, he rolled his eyes at me. Although, he did honor the $ 35.
According to Gentleman2, the reason why it was «more» was because the larger the shirt, the more ink they use. Now, if that’s how it works, I totally get it. However, the staff needs to be on the same page when it comes to QUOTES.
What I ordered was a Power ranger shirt. White ranger w the black Diamonds and golden emblem. Emblem wasn’t even centered, but whatever.
It was for my sons Power ranger Birthday party earlier this year.

Place stinks!!! First off the guys in there are the most UNFRIENDLY people EVER! (Pretty sure joe is the owner and he is rude) Communication is horrible and when we went in there we asked them for 3 shirts with 3 BLACK designs at the time he said oh no problem I can have them done in 30 minutes! We tell him we will just pick them up tomorrow… So tomorrow comes my boyfriend goes to pick up the shirts and what do you know! Not done! Oh and they ran out of black so one of the shirts couldn’t get done. Ummmm you couldn’t of told us that last night?
The shirts came out good but the communication and customer service stinks!

Update on my last review
I was contacted by the owner of the shop, and he actually had me come in to the shop so he can make up for it
This guy knows customer service got me some free shirts and apologized for the inconvenience.
Now that’s what im talking about. I know employees sometimes don’t care about the business but the owner of course will care.
Im happy that he was so kind to actually take care me. He even bought me a coffee while I waited for my free custom shirts a 60 dollar value
