C & C Automotive Refinishing

My brand new (only 51 miles) 2016 Ford Escape was hit in a parking lot and left damaged without a note — I was devastated! I went to see the guys at C & C Auto Refinishing and they made EVERYTHING better! They took care assessing the damage, quoted me a reasonable repair price, arranged for a ‘shop rate’ auto rental, turned the repair around quckly, and washed my car before returning it to me. Best part: absolutely no evidence of the prior damage!!!
From start to finish, this shop is professional, personable, and focuses on providing exemplary customer service. I hope I won’t ever need a body shop again, but if I do, I know exactly where I am going… C & C Auto Refinishing! Nice job Henry, Will & Paul!!!

I just had my 96 Sebring refinished by C & C and was amazed at the gorgeous job they did. My car looks better now than when I bought it new. I felt that their price was reasonable and the staff was very professional. I really enjoyed working with Raul and Henry. It was nice to have a service where I received honest, quality work with absolutely no headaches!!!

Excellent work. Took my 65 Mustang to C&C after getting rear ended. So glad this shop was recommended to me. Raul is the best. Knowledgeable, honest and works within your budget. My car looks better now than it did before the accident. Glad to have found a body shop where they take pride in their work and enjoy what the do. They are the best!

This review has been long overdue, Cherie was a great help! Great customer service! She’s experienced and is always ready to offer her knowledge. My car was fixed sooner than expected and they sometimes have deals on car detailing. Bart and the mall/​movie theatre is close by too if you need some time to kill –great location.

Unilocal delivers again — took my car here to get it detailed prior to selling it. I interacted mostly with Raul, who was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and reasonable when it came to price. Raul walked around the car with me and pointed out the cosmetic issues, and quoted me a good price. When I picked up the car the next day it was gorgeous. I kid you not, that same day I got two unsolicited comments from random people about how nice the car looked (one at the gas station and one just a dude with his window down at a stop light). Never happened before. Can’t think of a better endorsement.
Also, worth emphasizing that I came away with the sense that these were good dudes who weren’t trying to screw me. You know, like everyone you have ever met at a Jiffy Lube? No offense to Jiffy Lube employees – I’m sure that aggressive upselling is part of the training, but it’s still incredibly annoying. After this experience, I trust Raul and I’ll definitely go back to him the next time I need similar work done.

Just got my car back and couldn’t be happier with the service and the work they did on my Audi. Fernando took care of me and was a pleasure to work with. The time it took and the job they did was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be recommending them to friends in the future. No complaints here, only praise!

I originally sent them an email through their website asking for a time I could come in to get an estimate on restoring my old school. Got no response so I emailed them directly to the email address they had on their website to send pictures to. Still no response. I guess they don’t want to make ten grand. Oh well. I’m sure one of the other body shops on san Bruno ave will.

I had my brand new BMW fixed as good as new here! After only weeks of owning my new car, the side got damaged pretty bad. Jay fixed it good as new!
Awesome place, great price!

I’ve come to Jay and Raul twice in the last year. First time was for 4 panels on the driver side and most recently for a bumper after a fender bender. The fender bender turned out to be more serious than initially looked — but no problem, Jay and Raul took care of it at no extra charge. They are responsive, fast, honest and most importantly — do a great job.
They go the extra mile, offering to clean my car every time and Jay even offers to drop me off at work + dropping off my car when the work is done. Amazing service — always.

So I got into an fender bender in my Audi S5. This car is my baby, so I wanted to take her to a shop that had strong positive feedback. I dont trust body shops in the first place cause of some terrible experiences.
I took my car in to Jay and he took care of everything, he even dropped me off at work. The car was ready in a few days and it came out better than new. The best part was that they even went the extra mile to wax and buff my car.

This place is awesome! I brought my 2005 BMW 545i there because someone kicked my quarter pannel after a couple days in the shop its good as new. after picking it up i was surprise how much the paint matches. espically since the car is grey… Jay has great customer service and made everything run smooth

C&C auto was exceptional. Not only did they fix the damage done to my car perfectly. They detailed the complete car. It looks brand new and is a 2004 model.
I highly recommend them for any body work or painting you need!

I came in with multiple body issues on my Mercedes to fix. Jay and Raul were very knowledgeable and thorough in going over what I wanted done since I am very particular about my car. C & C is extremely professional and their pricing is very reasonable.
Most importantly, when I got my car back it looked as good as the day I bought it.

We have known Jay and his family for quite some time now, because he’s our cousin’s close friend. I didn’t know he owned such a great automotive business that solves any case car scenario. We were recommend by Simon, our cousin, to have Jay work on our scratches that happened to our baby (Lexus IS-​250).
Jay was very professional on the phone and also in person. He took a look at our car and automatically gave us a well written line by line quote. He worked closely with our Allstate insurance rep and had everything started the day I dropped it off. He also made car rental reservations for me with Enterprise, which was another bonus. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready in less than a week. He made this ordeal so easy it seemed effortless.
His customer service was above and beyond and Jay and his crew really worked hard making our car look better than brand new. He also went ahead and cleaned up other stuff around the bumper and fully detailed the baby and (ISa) was even prettier then the day we got her.
Jay is the place to go if you dreamed to have your car back to the way you first bought it.

My family has been going to Jay since I was in highschool — when he was still at Muscat. During that time I needed my right rear door replaced and the whole process took no more than a week and a half (if that). My car was returned in perfect, seamless condition.
Bottom line: Jay does extraordinary work. He is personable, knowledgeable, and honest. So much so that my family followed him to his current location at C&C. At C&C, the friendliness, attention to detail, and quality of work continues to exceed my expectations. Awesome! Jay is the BEST! I cracked my bumper and needed it replaced so I went to C & C auto. They were really quick with the service and got my car within the next week or so. When I arrived, my car looked brand spankin’ new. Jay also managed to take out some of the scratches that were on my car and made my dirty chrome rims shiny once again. I’m really happy I went here to get my car fixed and if ever something else happens to my car, I’ll be sure to see Jay.
