Arco’s Self Storage is owned by Emilio Arco. The facility manager is Marty Rosenberg who has been working with Arco’s Storage since 2011, when this location was added.
Arco’s Self Storage was founded on May 1, 2004. Emilio has been doing business for 27 years in South San Francisco and the San Bruno area. He opened his own business, Arco’s Auto Body, at the age of 18. Emilio has been building the Arco’s name and reputation by providing great customer service. He belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and donates to local charities.
Both Emilio and Marty believe in not only doing everything available to help the customer but also believe in providing a clean, well maintained facility where all customers feel comfortable and that their personal belongings are well taken care of.

Business Owner
I came to the United States from Havana Cuba at the age of 4 with my family. We settled into the city of San Bruno.
In high school I started doing body work out of my parent’s 2-car garage in 1983. A month after graduating from high school, I established Arco’s Auto Body in South San Francisco, at the age of 18, and was able to build this multi-million dollar business over the last 29 years.
At the age of 21, I purchased my first house.
In 2004, I established a new business, Arco’s Self Storage & Wine Storage in South San Francisco.
In January 2009 when construction was completed and even though being faced with tough economic times, we were able to get to 94% occupancy within 12 months and we still maintain that average today.
In 2005, I purchased a 3 acre property in Napa at Lake Berryessa. I converted this property into Boat & RV Storage.
In 2011, I purchased a 1 acre existing storage facility in San Bruno, at the corner of San Bruno Avenue and Skyline Blvd.
